Good to have people on chat support Pros We use Favro mostly for the detailed time tracking software - to push out reports at the end of each working week. Cons It would be good to have collapsable rows in each collection to make the board more compact. We are making new collections per project as we like the collapsable lanes. Sometimes when we have finished with a project we want to move it all under one collection like an older archived list but obviously, can't put a collection in a collection. It would also be useful to put the cards into a scroll list like Trello. As the pages become very long to get to the bottom when there are a lot of cards on one list. Another useful feature would be to add 'cost' onto the card, as well as estimation and time sheet. Trello also had the option to search for all boards in the top right. I can only search for another board or collection when on a collection. If I am on a singular board, I can't get use the search feature. Review Source KY Kirill Y. I used it on mobile with notifications and on Desktop where functionality of it is really rich. This tool is much faster, easier and more flexible than JIRA and much more powerful than Trello (especially multiple boards and backlogs). Also it fits to Software development projects, i guess it fits for any types of project: enterprise or personal or small teams startups. Definitely worth evaluation. And finally found. The program fully complies with all the most necessary parameters, the interface is nice and simple, training does not take much time. Cons It didn’t immediately work out the installation and registration, but after consulting with other users and setting up an option for my work, I don’t see how I could have done without this application before. Being able to classify my activities by priorities is easier to have everything in its place. It also allows collaboration and assignment of tasks among several team members. Besides it is very intuitive to work with and has great customer support. If your not happy with Trello, you should try Favro. Your teams can choose their own balance and path. No more long demos and pros/cons meetings. Burndowncharts and reports do work very well and is one of the better built in features. Cons It is hard to get a grip on hierarchy when viewing a card directly. The focus on hours in many views creates some problems for us that want to get a good overview on points estimations. The biggest caveat currently though are that you have to be logged in to see a report or burndowncharts which makes it impossible for us to visualize how the sprint is going for the team on our screens. Too many options all over the place. Hard to use, or at least not intuitive enough for my liking. Pros I like the fact that it has a ton of features and a million ways to customize things. I liked being able to sign up for a free trial before committing. Cons When I sign up for software, maybe that's just me, but I expect to have it intuitive enough to use without having to watch. tutorial. Yes, if I watch tutorials I can make better use, but I expect to have it simple enough to add instant value without having to watch a tutorial. This was not the case for me with Favro, contrary to their competitors such as Asana, Trello and AirTable, all of which were easy enough to start making use of without having to spend a minute on tutorials. Pros The best part of Favro are the powerful abilities to manage sprints and delegate work to other colleagues. Cons The most unfortunate part of Favro is the difficulty which is present while using the mobile version (iOS) of the application. for example, you can not save or zoom in on photos attached to cards. Also, when you are attempting to change to another column, you often accidentally drag cards and place them in the incorrect columns. It's very easy to add, remove, and sort cards. Cons Lots of hidden features that make it hard to learn what to do. For example, if I move a card while holding down "shift" vs without holding down shift different things end up happening. And if I do this incorrectly, it is hard to know how to fix it. Pros The card systems is awesome, so easy to use. From the aesthetic and usability point of view, it is the best I have seen in a long time. You can customize the cards in many ways and also use them in different tasks at the same time; it is ideal to use in conjunction with clients or project partners because it allows a much more agile communication in every sense. Has integrations with other tools Cons While the design is simple and easy to look at, having many features may seem a bit confusing at first.
