Pros

I worked with Trello for a long time. When they took me to a new job, I also had to learn Favro. I can say that I liked Favro more. It can simultaneously view multiple boards.

Cons

Updates are rare. I have been working with Favro for a year now, but during this time only two updates have been released. Trello updates are constantly being added, new features and tools are being added.

Pros

What I love the most about favro is that it not only measures times like other platforms but also provides measurement tools such as diagrams and emails to keep tasks up to date.

Cons

What I do not like very much is that it does not have a lot of documentation in Spanish for the Latin American community.

Pros

You can plan and develop ideas, it is flexible and adapts to which types of project. It keeps you in touch with all those who are part of the execution of the project, allows you to share files and do all kinds of collaborative work, you can manage more than one project at a time.

I like that I can drag tasks around and have a comment chain on them. That there are multiple boards that I can follow and have a personal list to the side.

Cons

That calendar tickets must be assigned a date. So in a situation where I have to work on multiple tickets, it could potentially look like I'm missing the deadline on tasks.

What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time.

Cons

With a significant number of users in the system, the performance of the platform is noticeably reduced. Sometimes waiting for a response from the support service has a few days.

Seemed overwhelming at first and took A LOT of getting used to. I think if there was a space to put program overview in a collection it'd be nice.

Pros

Everyone has access and you can be EXTREMELY organized. I like the way it looks.

Cons

It took a little bit to figure out naming conventions and the best way to structure everything. (more of personal problem)

I like how easily the application integrates with a lot of services and the simplicity with which it allows you to manage projects. With his help, I can see the productivity of each member of my team.

Cons

The mobile application is more difficult for me to use, and on Android it constantly crashes. Uploading files to the system still takes a lot of time.

Pros

Mulitple boards in a collection is probably the major drawcard for us; Separating the backlog from the boards and then having multiple boards within the backlog is brilliant; Having a ToDo across all collections and boards list is very handy; Creating relationships between cards; Custom background images while not important really make the product a to work with;

Cons

These are 'nice to haves', and don't really impact on using the product to any major degree: Slack integration needs some work, I would really love the interaction between the two to be in both directions - Slack shows the updates to cards etc, while Favro cards can be added/edited with Slack commands; Can't organise Collections into groups; Switching between organisations is tedious - could be streamlined so you remain logged in any number of organisation; Would prefer if I could limit tags to specific collections;

Good balance between easiness and features compared to other solution like Trello or Jira

Pros

Great Link with github making our R&D flow seamless between scrub management and bug triage made in Favro and code and branches on Github.

Cons

Sometimes it is pretty slow, and led some dev to do everything in github. We forget a lot to hit save and we have lost many time some edition on some card, super frustrating.

Lack of swim lanes causes use to have to "hack" a few things. When moving things around it moves you to different boards and thats kinda annoying

Pros

I like that you can pull reports from the data collected on the boards. Being able to tag each card with different steps of the process is also one of my favorite features of the software. I also like the fact that you can make templates for repeat projects.

Cons

I wish the boards were easier to set up - perhaps an option to alphabetize cards. Also, I wish you could customize the view. Sometimes, when a lot of cards are present in one column, it makes it difficult to view the board in a "snapshot" view without having to scroll.

The application allows me to fully manage my projects, deal with setting up maps and share files with colleagues and other people. It is easily integrated with a significant amount of service.

Cons

On my Android mobile device, in contrast to iOS, the app crashes constantly. Very slow file downloads to the system and customer support response.

Pros

Ease of use and flexibility to make workflows as per everyone's requirement. It is amazing to see how trello and Jira got married in this beautiful product.

Cons

The reporting aspect needs work. It is difficult to easily create one. Probably, having some templates might help. Also, an high level view is difficult to gauge.

As an avid TRELLO user, Favro came in and fixed several key issues that TRELLO didn’t offer. The ability to create dashboards and to have an age on our cards made all the difference when it came to managing our projects.

I like Favro because of its ease of use. It has a really low learning curve. Its also great because of its software integration is great. This means that Favro can be customised to suit a user's needs

Cons

I feel that Favro needs hourly tacking. Currently its easy to track tasks in terms of days and weeks, but it makes it a little tricky for hourly tracking.

Favro helps me Keep my Tasks Organized, and I can prioritize on what needs to be done ASAP. It helps manage my daily work task and personal life in a time frame. Things that need to get done and by when. I can always refer back to Favro in case I forget something, I can add from any Device like my computer or tablet. Keeps everything in one area.

I have to scroll thru the Board. Sometimes it takes me a while to get to the section I want to get to. But overall its great
