Cons I wish the card templates were dynamic. In other words, I create a template, and after updating the card template it updates all the other templates moving forward. We use it in our company to both manage our internal management affairs and our projects - every feature works for both. Cons I wouldn't say "like least", but just something extra we figured we needed for the "to-do list" part. We have some business we need to follow up on a really long term and some business that needs to be dealt within a time period. So we first used to assign members to all of them, but it began to be somewhat tiring to distinguish which ones are urgent and which ones are not in the to-do list, individually. We had to remove members from the long term ones since we cannot seperate them in the to-do list. So maybe some kind of seperate customizable grouping would be really good in the to-do list. I really liked that it didn’t take long to set up the workflow. It has at its disposal a huge number of functions we need. Cons On iOS, the application does not work well. Cons What we really miss and what would be a blocker for further usage if our company is doing a good job and grows is the option to build child-relations, dependencies, and status-updates on cards in and between boards. It's a joke that I can't have more than 2 columns visible at a time. Pros collections are a cool and useful feature. I like the flexibility. Cons The cards are not responsive to the screen. The page is set to horizontal scroll instead of fitting the width of each card so that every column can fit on the screen. Moving cards messes up their order when being dragged around because cards moving into other columns don't automatically drop to the bottom, they can go anywhere. Additionally, the card number / ID, doesn't show up on the card itself unless you open it or resort to adding it as a custom field and type the ID by hand for every ticket. Are you kidding me? I understand that there is a todo list on the right side that lists thing assigned to me but I can't parse it as well as when I could see trello items assigned to me and which columns they were in. For a large project with lots of collaboration favro does seem better as things can belong to multiple categories and multiple people can complete there portion of the task at once. Mainly I just wish I could use favro as usual and just hit a checkbox to see only cards that I am assigned to across the whole project. Pros Better for a project with lots of collaboration Cons can't easily see cards that are just assigned to me besides in the single todo list view which I am not a fan off because it stacks everything i need to do and makes it hard to parse, is my todo blocked, in progress? Pros Gives clients visibility of work and allows developers and designers to communicate with them really clearly on individual tasks, cutting down on email chains and admin time. It also has a really helpful calendar tool. Cons We have a board that contains a lot of backlogs and you have to let everything load before you can do anything, which can be frustrating.
