Previously we were using different systems for tracking, survey, and performance reviews. With Lattice we're able to move all of those things into one system. We are also able to do things with Lattice that we didn't do before (ie meeting agendas)! Cons We'd love to have a group meeting agenda option. There's word of it coming soon, so can't wait! This one is the best so far. We have been able to track down our personal and team OKR, and update them as we go : it helps us stay in track. We also use it to get a better human management: getting to know each other to really admin things. They also have a very good customer service AND their webinars are amazing. We are very happy users! Pros Love that everything is in one place. Writing reviews is so easy if employees use all the features on a regular basis: updates, 1:1, goals Cons There are some suggestions we have given on features- mostly on Lattice Goals. I wish some things could be added piecemeal. Grow is not widely used in our company, but for those that use it, we won't want them to lose it. It's be nice to be able to add it to those that want it. Reason for choosing Lattice We chose Lattice because of Lattice Goals and the ease of keeping everything about performance in one place. We are very happy users! Review Source SM Sara M. Then you can chekc the organzation chart with the information got it from Namely (basic information about job position, manager and department).The review process is very accurate, because you can deploy it as your convenience and launch and assign it to each department. Then, you can follow the advance and send reminders. As it's sync with Slack, you can see the notifications there. Pros Is very easy to manage. You can write your performance review cycle, apply it to each team and ask for the answers. Also, integrated with slack, is easy to notify all the employees about answer surveys, own review or peer review. Cons It's only for this purpose. I feel as though it’s a really quick and easy way to boost morale for folks. We have ours integrated with slack, which makes it easier than having to switch between apps. I also like that it’s just really straightforward and most features are easy to use. Cons I feel like some of my old review cycles get left on my homepage and it can be confusing during a new review cycle. My direct reports already love it and are more engaged in our 1:1s because they have just as much ability to control the agenda. 1:1s have become more of a collaborative 2-way conversation, as they're meant to be. The creator's of Lattice have put a lot of thought into these critical types of interactions and it shows! Pros I love everything about the 1:1s feature within Lattice. It is so easy to set up custom recurring agendas, and copy over agenda items from my team's weekly updates. It is very intuitive and easy to learn. I also love the "recommended for you" items in 1:1s. It helps me to guide the conversation, if need be. It's so easy to get an accurate pulse on how my team is doing with the "Updates" feature. And it works great going the other way too — I can easily add agenda items to the next 1:1 I have with my director. Cons So far I have been very impressed. Everything is so user-friendly and intuitive that it is difficult to find something I don't like about this software. Switched from [BambooHR](https://www.capterra.com/p/110968/BambooHR/)[Notion](https://www.capterra.com/p/186596/Notion/) We needed a product that was more specifically built for progress/goal (OKR) tracking, individual 1:1s, weekly updates, and quarterly reviews. We've used lattice for 4+ years now and it continues to be our go-to tool for all of these reasons. Cons Learning to set up different things in Lattice is not as straightforward and easy. Pros It’s very easy to stay human focused. Teams can fill in their OKRs and update their goals as they go, same for individuals. Tracking achievement as well is easy. Another great feature is being able to do 360 peer reviews (yourself, your manager and your teammates). I also love the fact that you can praise your colleagues privately or publicly. Cons It might seem hard to find your way around if it’s your first time using Lattice. Linking goals of individuals to team goals for instance can be tricky. I like that it creates a transparent way to share goals; I can see everyone's goals and they can see mine. This is great to track progress for growth/promotion reasons and it keeps me accountable. This also gives me a view into goals across departments so I gain more insight into the overall business. Cons My least favourite thing about lattice is the UI itself. I do not always find its pathways clear, and therefore, navigating can be tricky.
