My experience has been good and anytime I have an issue it is always resolved very quickly. Pros The Telehealth option is very helpful for online client appointments, the available questionnaire templates are also fantastic, and the recipe creator, specifically the AI recipe creator is a great tool! Cons I do not like that the telehealth video window cannot be opened in a separate tab or enlarged. The video window is very small in the portal and it makes it challenging for the client to see documents when I am sharing my screen with them. The meal plan creator is also a little challenging to navigate. It is hard to customize. But this may just be user error. Very clean interface and ability to create client accounts. Streamlined although on the nutrition intake forms they are a little clunky and some of the food choices don't really make sense but this could be due to locational differences Pros Easy to use - very quick on meal plan creations Cons grocery list is in grams but a lot of foods in the store don't have grams listed but rather oz so that can be a bit tiresome to factor. Also the grocery lists sometimes have repeat items versus just adding up a food item to one total. Some of the recipes are not quite accurate in places - either with ingredients or name of dish. It has helped me get my nutrition business set up, organised, and helps me with client interaction. I also really like how much information there is when you make meal plans, and how you can even customise what nutritional information is shown. This has really helped me for clients with very specific health problems and needs. I'm still discovering the range of customisation which, once set up, is making me more efficient day-to-day. The customer service of the company itself is excellent, you do feel like you have a partner to help you through it. There are lots of videos to make initial set up easier as well. I considered about ten nutritional software programs and based on features whittled it down to three to try over several weeks, and the details and customisation in NutriAdmin far exceeded anything the competition had to offer. The other programs seemed to want to force you to their way of working and set up, whereas with this one, although you can use the defaults, there are multiple options to set it up your way. It doesn't force you to use their software for your website either, but rather provides you integrative tools including a booking widget so your branding stays yours. Basically I think it's brilliant! I spent so many hours comparing them all side by side (NutriAdmin, Nutrium, Foodzilla) and I'm really happy with my choice. I'd definitely recommend it to any nutrition professional. Pros Its flexibility - you can set it up exactly how you need it - and for its deep nutritional analysis when meal planning. Cons Sometimes the interface appears a little basic so when I first used it I wasn't sure how it would measure up against the competition, however I've come to see it's more like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Some of the other software I tried was more glossy in appearance but under the hood the performance was disappointing. It is a great standalone program for nutritionists and health professionals. The export feature makes it easy for you to include it in your reporting. They have endless customizations. We hope to have future access to import and export into other programs that exist out there like InBody, or wearable data to be imported. Pros This program can virtually custom how you present your program to clients. They use measures that you can choose to cater to any fitness company for BMR and meal plans. They also have a help database that covers almost all your questions. Their help team is also very quick and resourceful. Cons It can be a little intimidating setting up your program at first, but what we have found is that a feature we may not know we needed and need later, is almost always available to add on or implement. The team are genuinely patient, understanding and really want to help. Importantly-they are surprisingly prompt in their replies. I dont want to oversell this product, or give a false impression-but for me, i have found replies, in many cases-within minutes! And certainly within an hour on most occasions. I tried 2 other programs prior to Nutri Admin, and found i was waiting days for a reply to my questions due to time zones. Nutri Admin are not in my time zone, but i am not having an issue with fantastic customer support. I cant recommend this program enough- honestly Cons That I could not have their support staff give me one-on-one tutorials :) It is totally understandable of course, they are a small team, and that small team is outstanding with supplying online support in a zippy, however a couple of hours, live would be the icing on the cake to this excellent, user friendly program.
