Le nostre piattaforme web-based sono configurate di default su massimi livelli di sicurezza e protezione dei dati caricati, il che a volte può risultare "rigido". In ogni caso c'è sempre la possibilità di decidere di allargare le maglie di sicurezza per favorire altre funzioni sui documenti, di volta in volta, ritenute prioritarie. i vantaggi sono molteplici ma se ne dovessi descrivere uno sicuramente è quello della velocità di upload e download documenti ed anche l'assistenza clienti. Mi soffermo anche sulla semplicità di navigazione tra i documenti e la comodità di avere i miei documenti anche nello smartphone.

En general tuve una muy buena experiencia con el Data Room. Además de la plataforma en sí, quisiera destacar el buen servicio de todo el equipo humano de Multipartner, tanto en el área comercial como en el área técnica.

Del software me ha gustado su facilidad de uso y accesibilidad. También la seguridad y el control de documentos.

Cons

Se podría mejorar los tiempos al hacer descargas masivas de archivos.

Es un programa muy fácil de utilizar y con una interfaz muy intuitiva. Además la customizan de acuerdo a los colores e interfaz de la página oficinal de tu empresa.

Cons

Por poner una "mini" pega, a la hora de sacar informes no es tan intuitivo debido a que tiene, en mi opinión, demasiadas opciones.

La Data Room de Multipartner funciona de manera operativa, sencilla y sobre todo eficiente. Los usuarios están muy contentos con la funcionalidad. Además, los documentos se suben muy rápido.

Cons

Hay algunos documentos con los que hay problemas a la hora de subirlos a la Data Room (por ejemplo: en formato word).

We are a marketing and communication agency, so we work on IP and creativity. Our goal was to find a tool that would allow us to work, manage and share documents and data between colleagues from different places but maintaining high levels of protection and control over documents and users' access. The Multipartner VDR has perfectly covered our needs.

Pros

I have been impressd by the tailor made configuration of the VDR developed on our specific needs and the high level of data protection. Great Client Support and Helpdesk !

Cons

I didn't imagine a so large bouquet of features available inside the VDR ; but by using it I have appreciated a lot the opportunity to manage by myself a lot of actions on documents and users
