Comments: I have used other softwares and find FMX one of the easier one to use. We are happy with FMX

Pros: The software is easy to use and get acquainted with. for our organization it is a good fit and the value is good.

Cons: Scheduling or planned WO is a little confusing to set up. We receive a lot of emails for the same work order which tends to clog my inbox.

Comments: I am from a large church with 5 campuses and had been using another program for scheduling room usage and events. We needed something that encompassed the maintenance and inventory side of things so we chose FMX. I was very skeptical at the beginning of how the data would transfer from my already extensive database of events. Well all I have to say is I worried for nothing. Our rep took care of all of the transfers and is readily available whenever we need her. We are still at the infancy stage, but we love what we see so far. This product is so easy to use.

Pros: The ease of use. The customer support. The ease of transition from another product. The ability of the programming team to modify the program for your specific use.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that when the data transferred all of my recurring events became single events, but our rep took care of that immediately.

This facility never had a CMMS system before. The uploading and assistance made it very easy to start up and get off the ground.

Comments: Great value for the money.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to assign, and easy to manipulate service due dates. I have used many systems before in the past and had never had to build one from the ground up.

Pros: It does appear to be easy to use. The calendar system with the color coding seems to be user friendly.

Cons: I'd prefer a better notification system when something is not completed on time. It may be more robust that we need.

Comments: I've worked with several types of programs and FMX is by far the easiest and multifunctional than any of the others. We use it for Maintenance and now our Quality department and Safety departments are using it for their areas as well.

Pros: So quick and easy for information stored and tracked. The charts are already completed daily for tracking performance

Easy to use system that allows people working off-site in the field to have accurate timely information; also allows us to track equipment at installations, warranties on that equipment and helps with our project management.

Comments: The people at FMX at awesome to work with. They go out of their way to help and to train. They want you to get the most out of their product and will help you to do just that!

Pros: It is easy to use for both the corporate office and technicians in the field. Allows you to customize the types of users and the access you want them to have.

Cons: Inability to connect custom fields in the Equipment section with fields in the Building section so that you would only have to update a field once.

You'll be amazed that you made it to this point without it

Comments: We have been using FMX for almost a year and the results are already showing. There is less stress in my day, and in turn, I see a big difference in attitude of my maintenance staff and accountability for us all. Our communication is much better, we know what events, projects, and work orders are coming up and we are not missing certain details that we were before. We have a much better understanding of each other and a new outlook on prioritizing and planning for the day to day activities for our recreation facility.

Pros: All staff are on the same page and effective planning has taken on a new meaning. Communication amongst staff has improved, productivity and results are evident, and the FMX program is easy to use. FMX customer service and their staff is with you every step of the way and is there to answer every question.

Cons: As a recreation facility manager, I wish there was a section for tying in scheduled recreation games, reservations and events.

Comments: We purchased the FMX software for our church. We average about 330 in Sunday School. We have been experiencing growth and with that comes more maintenance requests as our facilities are used more. Our church has one maintenance supervisor and 2 full-time janitors and one part-time janitor. We purchased FMX and have been pleased with the ease of use to implement this with our staff. We like the ability to enter maintenance requests with our computers and look forward to the app coming. Recording the maintenance requests in the database and being able to track its progress is a great feature! It has helped keep our requests on track for completion and helped inform the staff when the tasks are completed. I would recommend this to any church.

Comments: The roll out and execution went very well. Support to date is excellent.

Pros: Ease of use and use of multiple input platforms (Desktop, Tablet, Phone)

Cons: Reports tend to need to be updated or redesigned for our industry. Not a big issue, but it is not an "out of the box" report for us.

Cons: Limitations on customizing the calendar to fit the needs of my operations.
The lack of ability to create any report I want whenever I want.
There is no app so I am limited to using FMX through my browser on my phone or iPad.

Overall: Experience: We selected FMX after reviewing 6-7 other CMMS alternatives. Our decision was based on
1. ease of start up,
2. allowing requestors to submit an email and NOT log into a system,
3. the drop and drag flexibility on the calendar page which makes it simple to move a request to another day,
4. ease of adding a new request, and
5. a program that is simple to customize and move around in.

BUT,
there are a couple of things I'm looking forward to FMX fixing.
First, the ability to customize the work day length on the calendar setting. Currently it is set up with a 24 hour day and I would like to be able to change the day to fit the needs of my operations. As it is it requires a lot of scrolling and makes it impractical for use or planning.
Secondly, when approving or deleting requests there are duplicate buttons to push to complete the transaction. This redundancy is not necessary.

Customer Support has been terrific and I'm confident that the issues I have will be resolved in the near future.

I heartily recommend FMX!

Comments: FMX has worked great for our company. For the most part it is very easy to use. The customer support is excellent. The only slight improvement I would suggest is in the reporting system. Generating and running the types of reports needed is a little cumbersome.

Comments: FMX has been great for our company and we like to use it for our maintenance department and our IT department to receive requests from users. This cross-functionality allows the IT team to support the software and to use it for what it was intended for. (get the most out of it)

Comments: The FMX software is very easy to use and setup. The training to administer the site was so easy to follow and thorough that once we were off of the phone and started to set things up we needed only one or two phone calls and were setup and running.

Pros: Simple easy to use menus make sense. The icons make sense. You really do not need to be an IT expert to set up or use this software.

Cons: I have not run into any yet.

Recommendations to other buyers: At the very least you should take the time and have a demo. If you do you will not be disappointed.

Pros: User friendly and very functional for day to day use.

Cons: some areas could be improved upon but the FMX team is always taking suggestions and making improvements. In fact some of my suggestions have been implemented.

Overall: I am in my second full year of using FMX and I love it. I truly believe it has improved my overall functionality. Its a one stop shop for everything I manage. The biggest indicator that it is working is that staff use the system to report problems and see that work is accomplished. This last year we brought on the facility management piece and again FMX hits it out of the park. Super user friendly and when you do have problems the help desk is fantastic. Thank you!!

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep working to make it better; the end users love the updates.

Overall: We are a relatively small facility (100k sq ft), and were looking for something that could easily scale as we grow. We needed user-end customization. We needed powerful without heavy. We found all of these things in FMX... with an incredibly friendly and personal sales experience to boot. I don't have a bad thing to say about this CMMS. We are a year into it, and still loving it.

Cons: When I click the link on an email, it always opens a new window. Not a big problem but if fixable would improve the user experience. Smaller calendar icons may de-clutter the calendar screen a little.

Overall: FMX software has upgraded our entire operation. Managing 20 Engineers has become so simple. I can schedule their working days from anywhere and it's freed me up to work in growing the business side. The Engineers are universally happy about the implementation of FMX. They feel more in control of their days, and less like I'm 'telling them what to do' all the time. they are more directly engaged with the client requesting the works, and have more control over repeatedly scheduled tasks.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would like to be able to easily share one-off jobs. If a job from a CEO comes in every now any then, I don't want to add him as a full user, I just want him to get the email acknowledgement directly from FMX which looks impressive for us. So a field in the 'New Maintenance Request' screen which has a 'sent to' button and a one-off email address can be manually inputted would be good.

Overall: I've had great customer support with this company as well as extremely competitive pricing. FMX seems to be responsive to customer feedback and work toward product development. One of my previous concerns was with the absence of google single sign on. They have since developed that part of FMX. The other two features I'm hoping will improve are adding a mobile App so that its easier to interact with on my phone, and making the appearance and theme of it more user-friendly. There have been no issues with the inability of this program to meet my needs. For the price and the customer support, FMX fit our needs well.

Overall: I initially signed up with FMX after 6 years using a competitors product. I noticed right away that FMX was easier to navigate and had a more intuitive program. In addition, the FMX team welcomes feedback to drive change, the program that we initially signed up with did not include a Purchase Order suite of tools. I told the team that this was a must have!! They promised that they would be able to get something going within the first year and worked with us on an initial design. While the PO program is still lacking a few features that I think would be helpful for us, they delivered on schedule and I know that they are working through the changes that will make it even more valuable.
I recommend this program to anyone who expresses any kind of a need for a product of this type.

Recommendations to other buyers: New customers need to be as complete in their requests and structure as possible when dealing with the FMX team, they will make the effort to design it to your exact specifications.

Comments: Our organization has been amazed with what FMX has done for our school and church, not to mention my sanity! The software is super easy to use, even many of my "non-computer" faculty and staff have been impressed with how easy the system is to use. The maintenance and scheduling, all previously done on paper, is now easily able to be seen and managed by everyone in our organization. This program has amazingly streamlined our maintenance requests and scheduling. The reports have helped me show the abundance of daily tasks and events that take place on campus. This along with an ability to easily track and maintain costs for projects and repairs has been a true benefit to our organization. FMX has also impressed me with their constant and continuing upgrades. We are excited to try out the new purchase order module they have recently added to the software. Lastly, rep along with all other customer service representatives have been unbelievably helpful. We highly recommend FMX !

Comments: Our experience with the FMX system has been outstanding! The customer support has been tremendous (Thank You), and the system has exceeded our expectations! Overall: FMX has helped streamline our maintenance request system. It is nice to have such an amazing tool at our disposal. One of the best features, in my opinion, is the ease of tracking a request from initial input through completion. The only thing that I feel could be a little more user-friendly is the reporting systems. There are a variety of reports available and I understand that reports can be customized. However, the standard reports are a little cumbersome.

Pros: Easy to stay on top of projects. Great trending reports.

Cons: Access to information or ability to edit from opening the Maintenance Request up from the calendar

Overall: The upgrades have been making it easier and easier to use. I would like to see the same updates/upgrades to both the Maintenance Requests and the Planned Maintenance. Specifically I'd like to be able to edit who its assigned to by clicking on the request from the calendar. Currently you have to remember the number and look it up under Maintenance Request. Also since making it available to set times on work orders when you move the request forward it stays RED which for me means its behind.

Recommendations to other buyers: Simple and easy and the upgrades a little bit at a time are nice vs one big change of several upgrades to learn all at once.

Pros: how easy it is to use, the customer service, and the continuous updates

Cons: only thing I wish could be done - to be able to sort in my reports by dates.......i need to generate monthly reports, and sometimes my input goes into the next month, and it is hard to run those reports, and get exact info......I know it is something that is in process, just wish it were available now :)

Overall: FMX has been a great program for use in our Facilities/Maintenance Department. It is very user friendly, and the customer support has been great at helping to customize the overall functionality for our organization. They are continuously updating and making improvements. For the cost, and the support alone, it has been a great product, and I enjoy using it on a day to day basis.

Overall: We needed a Facility Maintenance software that was easy to use. We are Fire Department with 4 shifts, 11 fire stations and many office/warehouse satellites. The need to track our preventative maintenance, work orders, and equipment repair and replacement drove us to search for a facility maintenance software. FMX provided amazing customer support (Morgan Murray) to get us up and running. The cost of the software was a deciding factor as well, and with FMX we are getting the most for our money. Our fire fighters have found FMX incredibly easy to use, and are submitting timely requests for service, rather than waiting for a specific Captain to return to work.

Recommendations to other buyers: This software is easy to use on the requester side, and comprehensive on the Facility Manager side. The cost effectiveness was a deciding factor for us, and money well spent!

Pros: The integration of events calendar with facilities maintenance team activities. The members of our staff can all login and view every event, get assigned task, review procedures, complete procedures, be updated immediately. Web enabled. Easy to navigate. Can add new fields. Administration of users and rights. Mobile friendly. Filters. Search Engine. Color coding by type or status. Auto e-mail alerts.

Cons: Key request module more like and inventory module - not designed to track history of person holding key the way I perform this task, since I cut keys in-house and track the return and possible reissue of a key including key fobs.
Vehicle request module works for our process but designed more for buses at school and not for vans at a church. Location of added fields on the screen form, not able to remove a field from view that might not be used.

Overall: This FMX solution was an incredible improvement to the old way of doing things. The functions / modules also aligned to my business process better than any other calendar and CMMS reviewed. I had the ability to add fields, create workflow steps, and ensure efficiency without making the process too complex for non-technical staff. FMX assisted me in implementation and data migration from existing system and was able to use several of my recommendations for future improvements. The ability to export or embed the calendar in other sites and tools overcame the final custom printing hurdle. Has been a great tool and transition from our past way of doing business. I have recommended this product to any who ask for a CMMS or Calendar solution.

Recommendations to other buyers: select your URL name well when you start out. the better you train, integrate the process, import /migrate data or set-up... the more success you will have getting teammates to use it.

Overall: The software has worked well so far. The staff seemed to pick up on it quickly and it has met our needs. We haven't taken the next step of integrating the software with our bldg HVAC. I'm not sure if we will do that or not. The support has been the best I have experienced. Any questions are answered very quickly with genuine concern that our expectations are being met. I give that area incredibly high marks.

Comments: The software continues to be easy to implement with our church staff. We have utilized the maintenance requests portion only at this point. Our maintenance supervisor is able to stay on top of multiple work orders better. Only our staff can put in requests and they like FMX's feature of notifying them when the request is received and when it is finished. This eliminates the requester from continually asking the maintenance supervisor for an update on their work order. We plan to start using the inventory feature later this year now that the maintenance process is up and running well. I have been satisfied with this product and would recommend it to churches who need to improve their facilities management process.

Pros: The color coding of the calendar really helps me stay on top of things. The ability to look things up by event id and the ease of changing events is something I use almost every day. I created a simple one-page tutorial that I send out to all new members and I rarely get a call asking for help on how to use the system.

Cons: I'm not sure what could be improved, but I feel like the billing could use some help. It seems more labor intensive to me than what it should...I feel like I do things twice as I create the bill externally through excel and then translate the billing info into FMX. Similar with accepting payments...I track the payment externally and then transfer payments into FMX. I would also like the ability to email a community member directly from FMX and those communications be trackable via FMX.

Overall: I manage facilities use/rental/internal scheduling for the 12 buildings in our public school district. Without FMX this would be a much more difficult task. I love that I can have a visual calendar of the entire district and "dummy it down" to just the exact information that I am looking for by using the filters. Being able to reference an event by a specific event number is essential and the online payment tracking is helpful as well, though it does have some limitations. My community members and staff members have found the system very user-friendly and I'm happy to report that even the most stubborn of the group have embraced the scheduling system. Color coding of the calendar view makes it easy to determine what needs your attention ASAP and I have found working on the system on a mobile device easy to take care of things on the run. Overall I give FMX 5 stars for ease of use by all users and I find the features and functionality spot on most of the time. Whenever I do have a support concern I always get a very speedy response. Thank you FMX for helping me stay organized with this very daunting task of mine. I don't know how I would do it without you.

Comments: One of the big ticket new items I enjoyed was having a clickable site map/ seeing assets by floor and/or room (However you decide to lay this out). This is big for us and is nice for laying out commercial self contained air units or individual variable air volume units and really any other asset you choose. I was not a huge fan of the home screen layout or the inability to change default setting per user; such as being able to default my screen to my work tickets etc. There are neat features such as attaching documents such as warranties or manuals to assets that make them easy to find in the future. You can also get as specific as a person's office and list out the assets for them to create a work ticket on. Pricing was reasonable with ability to add or remove features as needed.

Comments: Our school district is in its second year of using FMX for scheduling events and reserving school facilities and resources. The system has allowed us to bring what was once done on paper by hand to an automated system. Before using the system we were using three different calendaring systems to mange school events, athletics, and resource/facilities scheduling. Now it is all done in one place.

Pros: We were using another vendors software, which we found very cumbersome to use. Once we decided to make the switch to FMX, the ease of use and the customer service provide by both Brandi and Morgan were exceptional. If changes needed to be made or there were areas that needed refined they were able to quickly and efficiently make those changes, without hesitation. They were always available to help no matter how minute the issues was. Also this product was 50% less than the previous software that we were using. In these times of school district budgets being extremely tight, this was another feature that impressed us, but we did not talk price until we saw that FMX was a quality program and met our needs perfectly.

Cons: We haven't found anything that we do not like about FMX. The corrective and preventive maintenance, inventory control and scheduling of facilities were seamless in our transition and they even imported all of our information from the other vendor and kept the nomenclature the same so the transition went flawlessly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Please do yourself a favor by looking at FMX. Their attention to detail is outstanding and the customer support is some of the best I have encountered. I have been in the maintenance business for 40+ years and I rate this coming among the best that I have worked with.

Comments: In June of 2015 our museum operations team (facilities, exhibits, etc.) subscribed to FMX facilities maintenance cloud based software system. Prior to that we did everything by paper and in multiple Excel files. While it was definitely a transition to learn the software and get all the staff on-board with using it, the payoff has been huge. I was able to build the back end (users, buildings, locations, initial equipment upload, etc.) in about two weeks during some evening hours at home. FMX staff helped by allowing us to mass upload many files direct from Excel. The ability to now easily track all of our work orders, equipment, inventory, and then have everything connected via logs has been revolutionary for our institution. We can be on the floor reviewing a gallery and in real time pull up information (pictures, manuals, work log history, videos, web links, vendor contacts, etc.) on our iPads. The examples of how this product has helped us is endless. Another reason we choose this particular software was their easy to use look. When we showed various demos to our staff they often said it seemed intuitive and had a simple modern look that encouraged them to adopt using it. Also, in just the one year we have used them they have made many improvements to the software, some were even requests we submitted directly. The only downside is that they need an app to make using the software faster and easier, right now we use it on iPads and iPhones through the internet browser. We reviewed a lot of software systems in early 2015 prior to choosing FMX, and I'm confident we made the right choice.

Pros: The software is incredibly easy to use, and the customization is virtually limitless. Our program simply provided FMX an approximation of what we wanted to do, how we wanted to use the software, they plugged all the information in and we were up and running in no time. Before FMX, we averaged about 45-50 work orders and requests per month, with approximately 7-10 of those being unnecessarily submitted. After FMX, we average 75-80 work orders per month, with each being fundamental to the success of our program, and each being completed in a timely fashion. FMX has organized, simplified, and amplified our facilities productivity.

Cons: I guess I will say, the aspect of this product I like least is there is no way to have a running total of expenditures for each physical location that work has been performed on. To specify, although each request does allow the end user to add a total cost per work order, as an administrator, I cannot simply open a specific location and visually see a total amount spent for any given timeframe, e.g., $X/year, or $X/month, etc. Now that I have said this, I must admit, our program has only been using FMX full time for approximately 3 months, and it is very possible that my issue is in fact a non-issue. I simply haven't asked if it can be customized as such. Take this negative comment with a grain of salt.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would strongly advise anyone looking at using FMX, or any other like pruduct, to 1) have a clear understanding of what you hope the software will achieve in relation to your needs. 2) Have a concise structure of your frontline staff, and Adminstrative privileges. Know beforehand exactly who can and cannot access the software. 3) Have a well-defined outline of how the software is to be used. As I mentioned before, the customization is virtually limitless, therefore, it is easy for the end user to make it confusing. 4) Be patient, and utilize the FMX support staff. Do not think because something isn't working as you had hoped that it isn't working at all. If you go into it with the first 3 suggestions, chances are that the fix of a simple glitch is just an email or phone call to FMX away.

Pros: The ease of use gives even the most novice computer user the ability to utilize the program. The vendor was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Cons: Sometimes the system is slow and takes a bit to respond to commands, but this is in no way a norm, just an occasional issue.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look at all the capabilities. This software has more capabilities then we need as of now, but as we grow, we will not have to shop for other vendors or programs. We will already have it in place.

Pros: FMX is user friendly, simple to learn, and a very straightforward system. It's not overly complicated, but not so generically simple that it doesn't capture the information you need. FMX gives me more control and an idea of what is being done day to day. I can see what is being accomplished, how long it is taking them, and the skills the technicians have. It also allows me to track the time and cost spent on work requests.

Cons: No mobile app yet, this would be helpful especially for technicians who are out on the job.

Recommendations to other buyers: Have a game plan going in. Have an idea of how you are going to want everything (resources, equipment, buildings) laid out in a system, because once you purchase the software you have a better idea of what you are putting in and getting out of the system.

Pros: Flexibility, customization, and wonderful customer service.

Cons: Sometimes it seems that there is almost too much information displayed. Reports are tough to come by but the FMX staff is working extremely hard to make them work for us. The monthly billing is our biggest challenge.

Recommendations to other buyers: The customer service and custom options make this a great product to invest in. It can be tailored to your specific business needs and the support staff are experts when it comes to making any required changes.

Pros: First, the website itself is very clean, and can be customized to meet your needs and the needs of the school(s) and second, navigating through the different portals is very easy and you can quickly create schedules or maintenance requests. I also enjoy the color coding for the approval process which I haven't seen on any of the other scheduling software out there. It makes my job much easier.

Cons: I don't know that there is anything we don't like about the product or vendor. We really are enjoying it's functionality so far.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you thoroughly investigate all options so you get the software that fits best with your school(s).

Pros: Simplicity is key here. I trained my entire staff to use the system in one 5 minute staff meeting. It's easy to use and has all of the right features.

Cons: The reporting system isn't as robust as I had hoped, though I know they are working to improve in this area.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be creative with how you can utilize this system best for your needs. We use several modules in a way they weren't quite designed, but they work great. It's very flexable.

Pros: The company is extremely easy to work with and very helpful. They are constantly aiming to please and will take into consideration any of your ideas. They are wanting you to use their product to the fullest and are willing to assist in any way.

Cons: We switched over from a much larger company (with a much larger price tag). Some of the features we have missed during the transfer, but FMX takes our suggestions into consideration are doing their best to develop and implement them into their software.

Comments: FMX is a great software to utilize ON the job. The software is set up to transfer well to any type of device, allowing our maintenance technicians to use daily on the jobsite. The techs can easily see their tasks for the day, week, month and will receive email notifications of anything new.
As the administrator of the system, I oversee everything. And FMX has made it extremely easy to use and customize to your company's needs. What makes it even more top notch is the ease of communication you have with the company. If you every have any issues or even ideas, they are quick to respond and eager to help.
The only con is that before FMX we were with another large software company, that was extremely detailed (sometimes too much, that we over complicated every task). So, it has been a process trying to get used to the EASINESS of this software (so technically not a true CON).

Pros: The software runs well and meets our changing needs well. Even better than the software is the amazing customer support we receive from the FMX staff.

Cons: Reporting capabilities are still being developed. The technical support staff has bridged the gap well by creating custom SQL dashboards using Excel. I am excited to see the in app reporting tools they are planning to release.

Recommendations to other buyers: Stick with the vendors that will give you a shot at a free trial like FMX. If they can't support that, what can you expect after you write them a check?

Pros: The personal interaction I've had leading up to my final purchase of FMX was great and they have very competitive pricing compared to other products on the market.

Cons: It would be nice if they had a "single sign on" feature so that rolling this out to my organization would have been easier. The last thing anyone in my organization wants to do is keep track of another software ID and password. It would streamline the ease of interfacing with this product if users were automatically signed in to it when logged on to the company email and/or intranet.

Recommendations to other buyers: Its a great deal. Other products may have more bells and whistles, but FMX will still serve your needs if you don't require any special complex features.

Pros: FMX is a great product and a great fit for our church and school. Their customer service is outstanding and if they do not have an immediate solution (which they normally do) they will find a solution to fit my need. It is a solution for so many things that we needed and is enabling us to do our jobs better and with less effort. Our staff is still getting used to using the system, but I know once everyone is familiar with it and using it often things will be even more seamless. We were looking for a great product with all the features we wanted but not with the price tag of many researched options. FMX was feature rich but without the expense that most other companies charge. I have even found ways to use FMX that I was not expecting. They are also constantly upgrading and modifying the system to make it better, which I think is awesome. They come out with updates every month in fact, and take your feedback into their daily meetings to discuss possible changes.

Cons: Going through the setup process and learning the settings for each user and for different buildings had a learning curve to it. I was a little confused at first on the settings setup for who receives what emails and what permissions people have. Morgan and Brandi have been super helpful in not only helping me understand how it works but they also change settings and correct things for me, which is going the extra mile. Even though there are some things that are hard coded in to some of the modules they help me find a way to work with it to get it to do what I need done.

Recommendations to other buyers: Going through a demo of the software and seeing how it works and whether or not it is the best fit for your organization was the best tool. In fact I did that twice with FMX before we made the decision to go with their software.

Pros: FMX is easy to use for all within a school environment with so many requests and approvals being needed. The staff at FMX are extremely helpful and supportive of individual organisation needs and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure what you need is customized effectively.

Pros: Ease of use, uncomplicated, and user-friendly. FMX is so easy to use! Our entire church staff was able to learn the system in a week. We love the calendar based system because it allows us to keep track of all the events and maintenance activities happening in the church.

Pros: The intuitive nature of the system and simplicity for my users. The customer service is outstanding and our representative was very knowledgeable with their product and patient with our pressing questions.

Cons: It's not a silver bullet, but I wasn't expecting that anyway. However I'm optimistic for what the future holds as they have a solid continuous improvement mindset. There is nothing to not like about this vendor, our experience was and still is great.

Pros: I love that you can upload photos. I love the easiness of this product. The process is very easy and teachable to all of my staff. I can access it very easy. We are very happy with this product.
