Pros: All my campus needs are packaged into one system. The report portal allows for tracking our deficiencies in one visually appealing graph.

Cons: I would like a simple user interface app for the maintenance requests, etc. An app with the basic features of FMX

Pros: This program was very user friendly. With over 15 years in the Property and Project Management industry, I can honestly say that this is the best program I have ever used.

Cons: I wish the pages loaded faster. That could be a browser issue rather than fmx. Other than that, there is no other con.

Pros: I really like the dynamic nature of the software it takes of tracking all activities like inventory, scheduling ,etc.

Cons: So far so good I don't have any problems. But feedback must be sought regularly for better app development.

Pros: When it comes to technology, I need all the help I can get. We use FMX to send help requests to our IT department. It is very easy to use, and they respond much faster than before we used FMX.

Cons: There are a lot of required fields when filling out requests, but I think this is just how we have it set up. It can probably be configured differently.

Overall: Getting help with technology is much easier with this software!

When I need help from IT, this software ensures it happens fast!

Pros: Before we used FMX, we relied on email and phones to request help. Sometimes it would be forgotten. This software allows me to track my requests, and now we get help almost instantly.

Cons: I cannot think of anything I dislike about this software! It has only caused help to arrive faster, and is extremely easy to use.

Overall: Fast responses to requests for help, easy tracking of past requests!

Great way to submit requests for technology and maintenance, response time is much faster now

Pros: When I have an issue, it is a simple task to submit a request. I can then get updates on the progress, message the department, and view previous requests. Has definitely sped up response times.

Cons: I have yet to find anything I dislike about the software. It is a vast improvement over our last request software.

Overall: Faster response times, easy tracking of previous and current requests.

Comments: I learned to use through a job that I had gotten and I learned fairly quickly how to handle the site and how to use it to its maximum capacity.

Pros: This product allows the Tenant, in my example, to input their own work orders or maintenance request. They can write what kind of problem they're having and submit photos/files with their request. it allows you to be able to fix a problem without having to actually speak to the person reporting the problem which can lead to escalating a simple maintenance request to an angry customer/Tenant. You can send messages about progress and log on to see what the progress is for your problem.

Cons: If you don't have an email address you can not use it because it is all based online, some tenants may be of older age and may not necessarily work off of emails or depend on them so it is important to make sure that all or most of your customers will be able to use it as well.

Pros: FMX has been such a lifesaver for our team. The on boarding process was flawless. We have been able to reach out to our account representative and literally get a response from her within an hour or two. I couldn't ask for better customer service and their product does exactly what we have wanted it to do.

Cons: There have been a couple of instances of not being able to change label names due to programming issues. This is a very minor con but for someone looking for more customization in a piece of software its worth the ask to your account rep before moving forward.

Pros: The complete customizability is awesome. It is extremely convenient, easy, and a pleasure to use. Keeps track of all the work requests that we need and have.

Pros: The customer support is outstanding! Almost every time we ask if something can be done, the answer is "yes"!

Cons: Not really anything I dislike about the software, every issue we may have had was either user error or fixed that day.

Comments: You guys ROCK!

Pros: I love the customizability of this product, I love the support, and I love how easy to use the interface is.

Cons: I honestly don't have many cons for this product. I understand that it cannot please everyone/do everything everyone wants it to. The only cons I think are the fact that hardcoded fields on a form have to show up at the top. It would be great to pick and choose the precise layout of request forms. Also, it would be nice to change the titles of hardcoded fields if you intend to use them in a different way then they may have been originally set up for. But overall, love everything about FMX.

The product is pretty user friendly. Some things could be easier to use, but overall, satisified

Pros: convenient to use. Either at work or on phone in the app. Also, customer support is very reachable and helpful

Cons: Invoicing - Making changes after invoicing can be cumbersome if changes need to be made or altered after events are already invoiced.

Overall: More time to do other things in my job.

Pros: We have benefited so much from the the scheduling portion. We used to do everything manually (maybe just cause of the nature of the people in the department being more manual) and it has simplified everything. We are much more efficient and everyone is on the same page now!

Cons: It is almost too powerful for the context we are using it in. I have had to train (and retrain) the staff to understand some of the advanced features. Sometimes our techs can't find information that requires digging down to find. All has been great in the end though. Great support during setup as well!

Pros: We choose this product because despite the times we live in we still have some employees that claim to be computer illiterate but with FMX there really isn't any excuse. You either can read or you can't. Every thing is pretty much straight forward. I would say that the cost efficiency would be the second highest pro to this service. We receive a lot for our money and they have been quite generous.

Cons: Really need a mobile app. Also would love to be able to control when to send emails; having an email go out every time there is a change in the request can become very annoying to the requester/follower which then creates this culture of disregard toward fmx emails.

Pros: I like the fact that there are ways that we can customize the system to our property that make it more accurate for users.

Cons: The training of all the bells and whistles can be a challenge especially for new users, finding a place to start a new user to get them familiar can sometimes be tough given all that the program can do.

Pros: The fact that it is a one-stop platform for all of the stakeholders in our organization to use. It replaced about 4 other pieces of software and pulled our whole facility management tools together in one program.

Cons: There isn't a lot that I don't like. Maybe that at one point there were a few changes made that weren't communicated as well as they should have been but the good customer support team helped me to figure those changes out quickly.

Overall: One centralized platform that can be used for the facility and transportation operation of the district.

Pros: The product is modular allowing the choice of implementing one or several modules. For our district, we started with maintenance and technology, but expanded to transportation, bus maintenance, and scheduling.

Cons: Sometimes, it is hard to get all of the users on the same page. The software almost allows too much customization, in the fact it can allow you to tweak items that may impact other aspects of the product.

Pros: FMX is very intuitive requiring little training and has a lot of great functionality. We really like the ease of calendar administration (dragging and dropping) versus having to reprogramming schedules. The calendar also offers a lot of flexibility with color combinations which work great for us to identify request types and status at a quick glance. The ability for basic users to just send in an email and directly transferring that into a work request really has opened up the system to sporadic users and is a real game changer for us. No need to remember passwords and worry about request types and location names for people who use it once a month! This has really improved the system adoption at all levels, not just with our facilities team. The Customer Success Team at FMX has been outstanding and have gone out of their way to make sure we understand how the system functions and work through our individual requirements. Definitely one of the best I have worked with through MANY software rollouts. Luckily FMX has been so stable that we have not had to test emergency support. Overall it has been a great experience switching to FMX.

Cons: There is some cumbersome functionality with users, confirmations and notifications in our work flow but the FMX team has been great at addressing and looking for solutions. Since we are not using all the features available many of the stock reports are not too useful for us but FMX has helped customize some things and I am sure we will work through more reporting as time goes also.

Overall: Ease of use and simple interface with a great deal of capability makes FMX a great choice at all levels.

Pros: I like the ability to add links to pictures or other files to individual equipment. I like the way the calendar is setup to look at individual work-orders (planned or reactive.) Ability to add/change employees easily.

Cons: Do not like the inventory section, troublesome and no specific relationship to generate a tracking and inventory control. Nothing for double checking or controlling inventory, specific location is tied in differently than one would expect.
Don't like the "building" separation. We have same building but different departments.
Generating reports is not the easiest when it comes to changing formats for presentations.

Overall: We are still working on getting individual departments working with the system.

Pros: The ability to attach documents, PDFs, pictures, etc. This is great to be able to attach manuals, trouble shooting documents, etc. to equipment which is then accessible to the technicians in the field without going and searching for the information. Also the flexibility to customize the software to suit our needs for equipment, work orders and inventory. This is important to be able to customize the software to how we work in our district. Also the speed at which your team works when I submit a request. I have give them Excel spreadsheets with equipment information and they load it usually within a couple hours or even less. Great response time.

Cons: Not able to reserve inventory against a work order while you are planning and scheduling it. This is huge as when I am planning work to be done and I want to reserve an inventory part so that it is available when the tech goes to do the job. One such work order type is a PM where filters or belts are required, it would be nice to reserve them or be alerted that there are none in stock.

I wish I could change the name "Equipment" to "Asset". A company can include roofs, doors, windows, floors, etc in the equipment tab as we are asset manager, not just equipment managers.

I wish I could put in a type of equipment or asset and have a secondary window open up in the equipment page which would allow for specific data to be entered as it pertains to the equipment type. For example, if I would select a "motor" type, it would be nice to see a window within the page that would ask me for HP, RPM, Volts, etc. If I would enter an equipment type of a "Fan" , the page would ask for RPM, CFM, Belt or Direct drive, Etc.

Overall: It is a great tool for myself and my technicians. I love that they can access it from their smart phones or iPads. It is another tool in their tool box which helps them do their work faster which helps when budgets are limited and I cannot hire more techs. If they can do their job faster, it is like getting additional manpower without extra cost. If they can get access to important information without going to look for it, it saves a lot of time. It also gives me good data to be able to plan appropriately both with scheduling manpower and with budgets.

Pros: If a Mobil solution is what you need FMX is the Bomb. I don't need to sit at my desk to manage this system, and the Mobil functionality is as robust as the Desktop, I had a team of 7 techs up and running within 2 weeks of onboarding.

Cons: It never goes away, it is always with you and can be like an addiction to a video game. Once a thought or idea comes to mind, You have to go with it and implement it in the system

Pros: Leaders are able to make requests, change requests and check out the calendar on their own. Customer service responds quickly and is very helpful. The continual improvement based on customer feedback.

Cons: The inability to change event details for one occurrence of a custom schedule request. The search function for contacts and users or schedule requests does not always give the event or person's name but I can find it when I scroll through.

Pros: The program is very easy to navigate, most people didn't even have to use any kind of training or video. Everything is pretty self explanatory.

Cons: Would like to be able to print the whole report without anything getting cut off, including the requests completed, etc.

Pros: The ease of operation, we can enter a work request and have it go directly to our crew's cell phone without having to go to their office or the Foremen office to retrieve a work request.

Cons: You have to enter into all of the building systems so it can retrieve the information on the equipment the technicians are working on.

Pros: Easy logon and navigation. Very easy for the users from each of our buildings to logon and enter their requests. Also, very easy to set up or remove users as needed.

Pros: ease of use. customer support has reached out continuously, which is not the case with the software at our other campus (schooldude has had poor support in my experience)

Cons: that it does not integrate with our school calendar. This would be a huge help. Also, I'd love to see a 'blueprint' view of the building, in which we could assign work orders, PMs, etc so that they are spatially.

Pros: The depth. I appreciate the amount of data that can be imported into this software. I am speaking of the maintenance modules.

Cons: The intuitiveness of the software. While the feature and depth are great, folks that are not proficient on PC have a hard time navigating. I would like to have a simple-stupid mode where there are very limited options for maintenance personnel.

Overall: Scheduled maintenance. We have been reactive up until this point. I can see this product helping us get in front of our issues.

Pros: This software really helps to generate work order numbers, notify contractors and keep a track of all the jobs that are open.

Cons: I find it a little bit uncomfortable to reschedule/move forward/change due date of a job because a notification will be sent to a contractor (and I do not want them to be notified). I assume it can be corrected in the settings, but I do not change dates too often and do not want to go to settings each time I need to do that. This is only relevant for some of the jobs that are on hold for a reason and to view them I need to scroll back in my calendar dashboard (instead of moving the job forward)

Pros: Very secure system. Even though we could not get our staff/users to use the software. Not too much to say wasn't a good fit for us

Pros: The best feature of the software is its easy to use. Someone with very little computer skill can learn to use it. I also like that it is web based so you don't have a huge program to install on your PC's.

Cons: I dislike that there is still a lot of manual data entry at initial start up. After you get through that phase, there isn't much not to love.

Pros: It does so many things for this organization, including tracking projects, all aspects of maintenance work orders, transportation requests & tracking, and especially management of schedule requests for efficient utilization of room and space on our campus.

Cons: I find it difficult to locate specific maintenance requests or projects already input in FMX when I go back looking for them after several months. I would also like to have an easier way to input a maintenance request for a work order which requires the same work to be completed in several different buildings.

Pros: FMX is very easy to set up initially. I like how you can turn on or off features so users only see what they need to. Customer service has been outstanding and extremely fast.

Cons: I do have some trouble distinguishing between "past due" and "in process" work orders. I would like the ability to leave a work order on the day it was open but assign it a separate due date.

Pros: Easy to setup and get the program running at a facility. Intuitive to use. Customer service is easy to use and prompt in their replies.

Cons: Routine reports are virtually unusable. It is a list of the PM's that were completed in the last day, week, or month. The report is hundreds of pages long. Who has time to sort through that. Give me a daily report on a graphed single page report so I can quickly see what has transpired.

Pros: The calendar module and the preventative maintenance module are very useful for staying on top of equipment issues in a very easy to use platform. The maintenance request module is very easy for all of my operators to accurately record their requests for help. The reporting module is very helpful when pulling reports for my upper management. Also, the FMX support staff is incredibly responsive and helpful!!

Cons: In the main calendar view module, there are no notification icons to visually see that a new request has been added, modified, or responded too.

Overall: Keeping track of preventative maintenance and repairs for 326 pieces of production machines and facilities equipment across 5 buildings was overwhelming before FMX. It is so much easier having a software solution that provides reminders, calendars, work request tickets, inventory, and reporting all in one solution.

Pros: every module leads you to intuitive, simple procedures for really making a difference in managing facility use, budgeting, and work requests. Also, one training session in our Staff Meeting, and everyone was able to log on and begin using FMX for their Cleaning, repair and event requests.

Cons: Would be a little more handy if an app was available. But it is not to difficult to log on to the website.

Pros: Love the format and ease of use. Working on 4 sites with only 2 full time guys and a slew of contractors and part time help, this system keeps it straight. I'm a visual organizer, and their calendar based system is perfect. Reporting is also pretty fantastic, allows for specific reports for each asset owned and managed in the system!

Cons: Maintenance request system is clunky. If a middle management person or above enters a request, life is good. If a person from outside the organization (building user, customer etc) submits a request, it is lost in space until I happen to see it when it is past due. Overall: Overnight, our operation became more efficient. While we were tracking maintenance by other means (excel and paper requests) this system is significantly better.

Pros: I like how flexible the software is. The team is always working to improve it as well, and it continues to become better and more flexible. And the team is always available to help me understand and maximize the software's flexibility.

Cons: What I like least about the software is that it cannot do everything that I can imagine. Which is not saying much, because some things that I have imagined trying to do has either eventually been added as a feature or I found a work around.

Overall: I received the benefit of having a fluid facility requests process along with tracking equipment purchases, inventory tracking, and vehicle maintenance recording.

Pros: It allows a good high-level overview as a building manager to see activity and utilize the software to hold people accountable. I have used it in both my prior general manager role as well as current regional role.

Cons: There is no app for this product which would make it even more user friendly for the end-user versus having to use the web-based version all of the time.

Pros: Users friendly, customers love that they can track work order progress. The preventive service scheduling works great for our Facility Dept.

Cons: As the administrator i don't know how to train users on creating their accounts. I would like to receive training so i can then train the end users.

Pros: FMX Calendar is very easy to use and we like that you can also do Maintenance requests. It makes our Maintenance staff very happy.

Cons: The thing I keep hearing from the rest of the team is that the reporting needs improvement. It's great to see it on your computer but when we have to print a calendar, it's harder to do.

Pros: Faculty and staff can enter their own work requests or event requests so all I need to do is minor revisions.

Cons: The inability to manipulate text such as underline or bold. Work requests are geared more for technicians receiving work requests via email when our technicians do not have that capability.

Pros: The ease of creating work orders and tracking is great. we like that tenants in the buildings can keep track of their requests and we don't have to follow up to close the loop. it saves time and effort and the tenant gets real time information.

Cons: schedule requests form that we customized is sometimes cumbersome but that is more on our end. We will work with you to rectify this shortly.

Pros: It's a very easy system to create an account, add facility requests and bill. The invoicing and billing features really are easy to use. This isn't in regards to the system but the staff at FMX has to be the best of all vendors I use. The response time is super quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The support staff set our system up and she's always there to help, just love her!

Cons: It would be nice to separate COMMUNITY requests from DISTRICT or SCHOOL events. Being a Controller of the system for the entire district but mostly concerned about the Community requests there is a lot to sort through. I understand you don't want conflicts but have a separate tab for invoicing and billing only community events.

Pros: The fact that is has so many modules, and we are actually able to use all of them. Not like some software packages we get, and only use one or two modules, because we have no use for some. FMX has modules that we actually want and use.

Cons: Lack of dynamic reporting. The reports are pretty much all set, and we can pick which report we want, or support can make a report for us, but there's no way for us to pick and choose reports on the fly as we want. We have to pick from pre-defined reports.

Overall: Ease of use, simple to setup, simple to push out to end users, has many modules, all of which we are able to use.

Pros: We love how easy it is to use. Anyone can sign on and figure it out without training. The times where we need help, customer support has been excellent. They are quick to respond and help.

Cons: It would be better if there was a way to restrict the user to certain locations within the building. We have multiple tenants in the building and right now we can only restrict down to Building level. It would also be very helpful to be able to incorporate maps for an interactive selection. This would then help lessen input mistakes.

Overall: We now have a way to keep track of maintenance and projects that we have done. It also has greatly improved the communication within our team.

Pros: I am able to efficiently and easily keep track of work orders, planned maintenance items and other requests. I can track costs, both for parts and for man-hours for specific types of maintenance and run reports to see what we are spending the most time and money on. We can use the reports to streamline our processes and predict what equipment may be failing sooner than later. The other thing that is done well is the customer service. There are constant improvements based on customer feedback and whenever I come up with a one off suggestion, FMX has always been helpful in coming up with solutions that allow me to implement what I want and most of the time allow me to make additions myself without having to rely on them to change the format of the system. It is very user friendly.

Cons: Some of the filtering options don't allow me to limit very specific things on the calendar setting. This may only be an issue in our place because of how we are set up, but I can't filter maintenance requests and planned maintenance items per user at the same time. I have to do one or the other. This is a basic issue that we can work around.

Overall: I am able to efficiently and easily keep track of work orders and planned maintenance and track costs associated with both.

Pros: ease of use, keeps track of work request and progress/completion timeline. Almost everyone in my organization finds it easy to submit a request in one of the 4 modules we run.

Cons: At times, sends to many emails, but the enhancements over the past couple years has allowed users to edit this preference to a level that they are comfortable with.
If I am doing a list of building use requests, I have to open each to approve. Wish I could click on the ones I want to approve, click approve and then approve all at one time, and not individually.

Overall: Simplification to the 4 areas that we run through the software. The best part is I can approve when I am not at my desk. Under the old paper method, everything sat on my desk until I returned.

Pros: It's very easy to use, I don't have to do much education with staff to teach them how to use it. I really like that you're able to add someone as a follower to a request, too.

Cons: I wish I could search requests by the person who put them in, or see the name of the person who put the request in next to the request itself. We also don't really use the cost or hours options, so It would be useful to hide those and better customize the lists of requests.

Overall: It makes it very easy for staff at different locations to alert me to facilities issues, and to follow along to know where we stand on resolving the issue.

Comments: I'm extremely pleased with FMX and the efficiency that it has brought to my team.

Pros: FMX has met our needs exceptionally well. It has enabled us to modernize many of our processes on the operational side of our school district. FMX has centralized many loose end of my job and become my "go to" tool for managing the districts operations.

Pros: Unlimited users. Single sign on avoids unnecessary time logging in. Easy to learn and to train others. The system is versatile so it works for you and not the opposite. No apps required for smart devices makes it simpler.

Cons: Inventory is a single list without parent-child relationship. Purchase Order system was limited for my company but can work for others.

Comments: Would highly recommend and is very reasonably priced.

Pros: The customer service was exceptional and they helped to answer our questions and set up our software. Software is able to be customized and they worked to have it fit our unique needs. Very easy to use and learn.

Cons: Not a fan of the default colors for tasks, but this is something that can be changed with some time and learning how to use the settings.

Pros: A lot of capability for a small amount of money. The software is very easy to use and very customizable. I have not found anything yet that I need to do that I haven't been able to do. It is also Microsoft ADFS compatible.

Cons: The only drawback I have found so far is in trying to get my IT folks to use it as well as everyone in facilities. The IT folks say it is not robust enough in such things as integrating with IT standard library.

Pros: The software is easy to use and get acquainted with. for our organization it is a good fit and the value is good.

Cons: Scheduling or planned WO is a little confusing to set up. We receive a lot of emails for the same work order which tends to clog my inbox.

Comments: I am from a large church with 5 campuses and had been using another program for scheduling room usage and events. We needed something that encompassed the maintenance and inventory side of things so we chose FMX. I was very skeptical at the beginning of how the data would transfer from my already extensive database of events. Well all I have to say is I worried for nothing. Our rep took care of all of the transfers and is readily available whenever we need her. We are still at the infancy stage, but we love what we see so far. This product is so easy to use.

Pros: The ease of use. The customer support. The ease of transition from another product. The ability of the programming team to modify the program for your specific use.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that when the data transferred all of my recurring events became single events, but our rep took care of that immediately.

This facility never had a CMMS system before. The uploading and assistance made it very easy to start up and get off the ground.

Pros: It does appear to be easy to use. The calendar system with the color coding seems to be user friendly.

Cons: I'd prefer a better notification system when something is not completed on time. It may be more robust that we need.

Comments: I've worked with several types of programs and FMX is by far the easiest and multifunctional than any of the others. We use it for Maintenance and now our Quality department and Safety departments are using it for their areas as well.

Pros: So quick and easy for information stored and tracked. The charts are already completed daily for tracking performance

Easy to use system that allows people working off-site in the field to have accurate timely information; also allows us to track equipment at installations, warranties on that equipment and helps with our project management.

Comments: The people at FMX at awesome to work with. They go out of their way to help and to train. They want you to get the most out of their product and will help you to do just that!

Pros: It is easy to use for both the corporate office and technicians in the field. Allows you to customize the types of users and the access you want them to have.

Cons: Inability to connect custom fields in the Equipment section with fields in the Building section so that you would only have to update a field once.

You'll be amazed that you made it to this point without it

Comments: We have been using FMX for almost a year and the results are already showing. There is less stress in my day, and in turn, I see a big difference in attitude of my maintenance staff and accountability for us all. Our communication is much better, we know what events, projects, and work orders are coming up and we are not missing certain details that we were before. We have a much better understanding of each other and a new outlook on prioritizing and planning for the day to day activities for our recreation facility.

Pros: All staff are on the same page and effective planning has taken on a new meaning. Communication amongst staff has improved, productivity and results are evident, and the FMX program is easy to use. FMX customer service and their staff is with you every step of the way and is there to answer every question.

Cons: As a recreation facility manager, I wish there was a section for tying in scheduled recreation games, reservations and events.

Comments: We purchased the FMX software for our church. We average about 330 in Sunday School. We have been experiencing growth and with that comes more maintenance requests as our facilities are used more. Our church has one maintenance supervisor and 2 full-time janitors and one part-time janitor. We purchased FMX and have been pleased with the ease of use to implement this with our staff. We like the ability to enter maintenance requests with our computers and look forward to the app coming. Recording the maintenance requests in the database and being able to track its progress is a great feature! It has helped keep our requests on track for completion and helped inform the staff when the tasks are completed. I would recommend this to any church.

Cons: Limitations on customizing the calendar to fit the needs of my operations.
The lack of ability to create any report I want whenever I want.
There is no app so I am limited to using FMX through my browser on my phone or iPad.

Overall: Experience: We selected FMX after reviewing 6-7 other CMMS alternatives. Our decision was based on
1. ease of start up,
2. allowing requestors to submit an email and NOT log into a system,
3. the drop and drag flexibility on the calendar page which makes it simple to move a request to another day,
4. ease of adding a new request, and
5. a program that is simple to customize and move around in.

BUT,
there are a couple of things I'm looking forward to FMX fixing.
First, the ability to customize the work day length on the calendar setting. Currently it is set up with a 24 hour day and I would like to be able to change the day to fit the needs of my operations. As it is it requires a lot of scrolling and makes it impractical for use or planning.
Secondly, when approving or deleting requests there are duplicate buttons to push to complete the transaction. This redundancy is not necessary.

Customer Support has been terrific and I'm confident that the issues I have will be resolved in the near future.

I heartily recommend FMX!

Comments: FMX has been great for our company and we like to use it for our maintenance department and our IT department to receive requests from users. This cross-functionality allows the IT team to support the software and to use it for what it was intended for. (get the most out of it)

Comments: The FMX software is very easy to use and setup. The training to administer the site was so easy to follow and thorough that once we were off of the phone and started to set things up we needed only one or two phone calls and were setup and running.

Pros: Simple easy to use menus make sense. The icons make sense. You really do not need to be an IT expert to set up or use this software.

Cons: I have not run into any yet.

Recommendations to other buyers: At the very least you should take the time and have a demo. If you do you will not be disappointed.

Cons: some areas could be improved upon but the FMX team is always taking suggestions and making improvements. In fact some of my suggestions have been implemented.

Overall: I am in my second full year of using FMX and I love it. I truly believe it has improved my overall functionality. Its a one stop shop for everything I manage. The biggest indicator that it is working is that staff use the system to report problems and see that work is accomplished. This last year we brought on the facility management piece and again FMX hits it out of the park. Super user friendly and when you do have problems the help desk is fantastic. Thank you!!

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep working to make it better; the end users love the updates.

Overall: We are a relatively small facility (100k sq ft), and were looking for something that could easily scale as we grow. We needed user-end customization. We needed powerful without heavy. We found all of these things in FMX... with an incredibly friendly and personal sales experience to boot. I don't have a bad thing to say about this CMMS. We are a year into it, and still loving it.

Cons: When I click the link on an email, it always opens a new window. Not a big problem but if fixable would improve the user experience. Smaller calendar icons may de-clutter the calendar screen a little.

Overall: FMX software has upgraded our entire operation. Managing 20 Engineers has become so simple. I can schedule their working days from anywhere and it's freed me up to work in growing the business side. The Engineers are universally happy about the implementation of FMX. They feel more in control of their days, and less like I'm 'telling them what to do' all the time. they are more directly engaged with the client requesting the works, and have more control over repeatedly scheduled tasks.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would like to be able to easily share one-off jobs. If a job from a CEO comes in every now any then, I don't want to add him as a full user, I just want him to get the email acknowledgement directly from FMX which looks impressive for us. So a field in the 'New Maintenance Request' screen which has a 'sent to' button and a one-off email address can be manually inputted would be good.

Cons: No mobile app.

Overall: I've had great customer support with this company as well as extremely competitive pricing. FMX seems to be responsive to customer feedback and work toward product development. One of my previous concerns was with the absence of google single sign on. They have since developed that part of FMX. The other two features I'm hoping will improve are adding a mobile App so that its easier to interact with on my phone, and making the appearance and theme of it more user-friendly. There have been no issues with the inability of this program to meet my needs. For the price and the customer support, FMX fit our needs well.
