It is also easy for supervisors to see what team members are working on and how much time they take to complete tasks. Pros I like that we have the ability to specify projects and specific tasks. Cons Because of my role at the organization, I constantly have to keep switching between multiple projects and tasks. But not a fan of chat feed back. Pros customer support is fantastic with answering all your question, the app is very easy to use. We are able to have 2 or more users with access. While it tracks time, dividing a single time block among multiple clients for billing purposes requires manual input. There's clear potential but Intuit appears to have missed the mark with this product... at least to their accounting firm market. Pros Able to track employee hours just fine and tracks billing hours for clients that are already setup with Intuit products (QBO, Lacerte, PTO, etc.) and any client you've already built a profile within QBO for billing. Cons As an accounting firm, our primary use of this product is to track billable hours. However, it is designed primarily for employee time tracking rather than professional billing. It functions well for small businesses managing employee timecards, but lacks the robust features needed by accounting or law firms that bill clients based on time. Pros It was easy for me to personalize the pay codes for our organization and be able to customize it to our needs. Cons There wasn't many but there were some items but they really don't stick out too much on the negative. I also like that I can see and keep up with my available sick day and vacation day hours. Pros Very straightforward software, makes it easy to track time and edit with supervisior permission. It is also nice that I am able to put in notes when I forget to clock back in after lunch... Cons I wish that it would allow for my account to stay logged in online because sometimes it takes a few minutes to get logged in and that causes a few minutes to be deducted from my hours. We love how easy it is to review timecard and process payroll in one place. Pros For the most part this app is user friendly and our team has been able to pick up on it quickly. We like that there is map tracking and the autorecognition when they are close to a jobsite. Cons I wish there were more management settings for allowing employees to have certain functions. Sometimes when changing settings we feel as though they don't always update/change for the user. Costs are rising and accuracy is a must. Cons It did take rather a long time to set up. But help is always available and free. It may have taken me longer than most due to not being the sharpest IT person in the book. The features seem great if you only have W-2 employees but if you have any 1099 then you are not supported. Pros It seems to work great for W-2 Employees. Cons None of the features are applicable to 1099 contractors. The construction market has tons of contractors and they don't support us at all.
