Pros I love the support and trouble shooting the company offers. Their staff is knowledgeable and patient (EM1). they stay with you to solve the issue in real time and can screen share if they need to! Scheduling employees is amazing! Cons No cons! T-sheets is beginning to help us automate our payroll tracking process. But deploying T-sheets has been challenging due to the way we are using lead workers over groups of other workers who do not interact with T-sheets directly. The phone app frequently confuses our men and is slowing the deployment. Pros Excellent customer service. The support staff have been some of the best I have ever seen. Cons The phone app is clunky and really only well suited for handling time tracking for one person. Our structure requires a lead worker to clock in and out himself and several workers each day. This is possible with T-sheets but is clunky, confusing, and just generally feels like an design after thought in the software. Review Source JG Jill G. Pros easy to use and control the employees access. also love that they can see their times on the app at anytime. Pros I love the integration with MacOS and iOS. You can tell time and effort was put into the interface and software and it shows in the ease of use. Pros We used T Sheets for awhile - since we are a paperless company, however the feature that we wanted (tracking location) did not work, and let our employees clock in and out without having a location. So it was pointless to use. Cons We tried to cancel our service, but the customer service time IS THE WORST I have ever dealt with in my life! They wouldn't refund us, and essentially stole $700. Took me a while to find it, after going through several other time-tracking apps that claimed to be free for personal use with the aforementioned features but weren't. I wish there were more customization/beautifying features (like Trello's wallpapers), but it gets the job done and the UI is a breeze to use. Pros \+ Easy to use + Quick setup + Best free app for personal use + iOS app + Stays up to date & contains \*so\* many neat features and settings + Detailed reports of timekeeping and notes Cons \- No macOS app -- I'm a bit disappointed that there isn't a macOS app, but it's honestly not that bad to use it online. - Not much customization as far as looks goes, but the UI itself is A+++. Cons Only problem I've had is the timesheets print out does not fit on a full page and overlaps, so I have to write down employee names on the proceeding pages. I could never with their help get this app working correctly for all my employees. What really makes me never want to go back was when I tried to end the service. I paid for a year or service through a draw account with t sheets. Now trying to cancel they wont refund whats left in that account. I am not happy having to pay for a service that never worked and continuing to pay for a service I don't want! Pros I was really excited to use this program. I thought it would save me a lot of time with profit and loss on jobs and integrating with quickbooks. Cons I always had issues with employee being able to login and use the app. Actually cost me a lot of time trying to trouble shoot this. Also, when I was able to pull my data (shoutout #CLP), I was able to run the report that I needed and it helped get my boss off my back LOL Pros Thoroughly enjoy the ease of use, makes payroll a breeze Cons There aren't too many things that I dislike about the software, but I would have to say my major issue is the inability to export total hours from it. Pros Tsheets has finally meant we can look to through out our tedious and archaic paper sign in sheets in the site offices. Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out. This features alone will keep costs to what they should be with hourly rate tradesmen and women. Cons The Elite verision has the geofencing which is a must for this product but does increase the cost a fair bit. She is very patient with me and very knowledgeable. I cant believe that I am not using Tsheets to the fullest capabilities that I can, not only is she helping me with Tsheets she is helping me with Quickbooks. She is the BEST !!! :) Pros Continuing to find out more options that my company can use with tsheets and QB. We are now reviewing the Projects and cant wait to start using it. Cons Nothing as of yet. I had issues in instances when the GPS does not activate at the same time the clock does, so in some instances, it seems as if the staff was activating the clock when they were not actually in the house. This cause trust issues, as I need it to be very accurate to defend the working hours with owners. Pros It is easy to use Cons It would be perfect if the GPS-clock in/out synchrony was more accurate.
