Pros It was way faster than any other product I have tried It was more simpler and efficient to use than the previous products I have usedCustomer Service tailored tutorials to every specifc need and was very responsive The ability to download and save the data entered was effortless It also seamlessly integrated with quickbooks online as well Cons Some the functions tend to confuse some of the employees Some of the layout and design was a bit repetitive and lacked conciseness Payroll mapping of some new employees was a bit difficult when it syncs with quick books payroll Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Excel was too cryptic with certain aspects of getting information in and around the product and development of the company. A feature that is helpful for us is the job location tracking. Employees can accurately clock in to a job based on their location, so they don't have to try to remember the correct name for the job. Cons We as a team didn't like the Beta version, and chose to opt out. And then, we were forced to use it. We are getting used to it, but it still isn't as easy to switch jobs as before. We are just waiting until the kinks get worked out. They are. Reason for choosing QuickBooks Time We were already a Quickbooks user for accounting. It was the obvious choice. I am just blown away by how great they are at their jobs. Pros First off, I have to point out the amazing customer service that TSheets provides. A great customer support team goes a long ways. We now have to deal with bots and people reading scripts overseas that I get overwhelmed having to call for support, but not with TSheets. They talk to you like an actual human being PLUS they are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Not only does TSheets provide you with top-notch customer support, but they also provide you with in-depth tutorial videos that teach you how to use the program. I taught myself how to navigate the software with the videos in a short amount of time. TSheets is pretty intuitive once you become familiar with the software. They offer many features and continue to update with more as they go. Tracking time is pretty smooth and can be done from your computer, smartphone or kiosk. I use TSheets in conjunction with Quickbooks Online and it's so easy for payroll. I appreciate the convenience, details, features, seamless syncing with QB, and amazing customer support. Thanks for all of your help! Cons Honestly, there hasn't been much on the side of dislikes with TSheets. Our company hasn't even taken advantage of all the various features that are offered. I know we were trying to do something out of the ordinary with tracking PTO and it couldn't support that yet. Reason for choosing QuickBooks Time We already had Quickbooks Online. February 17, 2023 5.0 Quickbooks Time was easy to install and use for the organization to monitor and measure the time entries/attendance of the employees. The tool served a huge purpose when distributing bonuses for overtime. The tool also provides ability to round time in 15 mins intervals and generate a report accordingly.The days of absence could be highlighted in red. Pros The tool was used explicitly for clocking time in and time out for shift-based work. The tool has the capability to generate reports on weekly/biweekly/monthly levels. The tool is easy to install/use and could be easily clocked by any member with ease. Cons The appearance of the clocking tool could have been made a bit more appealing to the users. Sometimes the support agent will have no clue what you're talking about and then you ask for someone else and they know exactly the solution. Support has been hit or miss for a while now. Glitches eventually work themselves out but I've grown to expect some issues when enrolling new employees, even though they have the same setup. I appreciate that it integrates with Quickbooks as well. Pros Easy to run reports by custom date range, project, customer and employee. This is crucial for our accounting and project management. Cons The permissions can be confusing when setting up new employees, whereby the employee(s) were unable to access features by phone or computer even though their permissions were identical to another employee's. Of particular issue was entering hours manually rather than clocking in/out -- the option simply wouldn't show up on their end. It seemed to take making the same changes several times before the program "clicked". Perhaps there can be a copy/paste feature for new employee profiles. It is a very useful program, which has helped me manage my employees and scheduling resulting in saving lots of time. This software is easy to install on your computer, so there are no complications or confusion when you first start using it. You can easily import data from other systems like Excel as well as create templates for all the different types of invoices you may need for your business. The customer support team is also very helpful with any questions or issues that arise during setup process if you run into problems along the way they will definitely be able to help! Pros It has rich features to help us track the time we spend on every project. It makes our team members time-conscious, which enhances productivity. The analytics and reporting feature gives helpful insights needed to make sound decision regarding ways to increase productivity and reduce time wastage. Cons It seems overwhelming for starters but quite okay when they get used. The mobile app seems too simplified and might need upgrading to match the desktop features. It's not as easy to use as the online version so I switch back and forth if I need to do something that would lag in time. It allows you to create invoices for receivables, and track expenses. It also has an automated backup service, as a safty precaution just in case. Pros QuickBooks Time is easy to use and user-friendly especially when entering receivables, payables, and payroll. Cons QuickBooks Time uses intuit customer service. This has allowed me to save money and labor resources that I would have otherwise exhausted, and boosted my efficiency many folds. Pros QuickBooks Time provides a one-stop platform for all managerial and financial maintenance. This is highly convenient and saves the company a lot of time and money. Cons QuickBooks Time's user interface appears to be a tad boring. This could be addressed and made look more appealing.
