Glitches eventually work themselves out but I've grown to expect some issues when enrolling new employees, even though they have the same setup. I appreciate that it integrates with Quickbooks as well. Pros Easy to run reports by custom date range, project, customer and employee. This is crucial for our accounting and project management. Cons The permissions can be confusing when setting up new employees, whereby the employee(s) were unable to access features by phone or computer even though their permissions were identical to another employee's. Of particular issue was entering hours manually rather than clocking in/out -- the option simply wouldn't show up on their end. It seemed to take making the same changes several times before the program "clicked". Perhaps there can be a copy/paste feature for new employee profiles. Pros I used this tool as working freelance in my previous job. As someone who had no clue with invoices I found the app really easy to use and it helped me a lot with how to structure them. I like how you can use it on your phone too as an app. Cons Nothing, I didn't have any issues. It was really straightforward. It is a very useful program, which has helped me manage my employees and scheduling resulting in saving lots of time. This software is easy to install on your computer, so there are no complications or confusion when you first start using it. You can easily import data from other systems like Excel as well as create templates for all the different types of invoices you may need for your business. The customer support team is also very helpful with any questions or issues that arise during setup process if you run into problems along the way they will definitely be able to help! Pros It has rich features to help us track the time we spend on every project. It makes our team members time-conscious, which enhances productivity. The analytics and reporting feature gives helpful insights needed to make sound decision regarding ways to increase productivity and reduce time wastage. Cons It seems overwhelming for starters but quite okay when they get used. The mobile app seems too simplified and might need upgrading to match the desktop features. Cons The last thing I did not like was that some of its functionality is a little slow. It's not as easy to use as the online version so I switch back and forth if I need to do something that would lag in time. It allows you to create invoices for receivables, and track expenses. It also has an automated backup service, as a safty precaution just in case. Pros QuickBooks Time is easy to use and user-friendly especially when entering receivables, payables, and payroll. Cons QuickBooks Time uses intuit customer service. This has allowed me to save money and labor resources that I would have otherwise exhausted, and boosted my efficiency many folds. Pros QuickBooks Time provides a one-stop platform for all managerial and financial maintenance. This is highly convenient and saves the company a lot of time and money. January 18, 2019 5.0 We used to track our time on a spreadsheet that was tedious and time consuming, and a bear for our manager to compile and log at the end of each pay period. This saves everyone time and energy, and also allows us all to be more accurate logging our time because it is easier, and we won\['t put it off until the end of the week etc. Pros One of the functions that has made my life easier is the ability to copy the list of projects you've worked on in previous weeks instead of having to search and locate each again individually. I work for a company that has hundreds of ongoing projects/categories that we track our hours to and there will be weeks/months at a time that I am working on the same 5 or 10, so being able to quickly populate my most recently used categories makes it quick and less burdensome to track my time Cons so far, I haven't experienced a lot of cons to this product, but I do prefer a very simplified viewer, and sometimes the interface feels too busy for me. Pros The integration of payroll, benefits, time sheets, and accounting was appealing to me. It simplifies corporate processes, particularly for small businesses. Although the project still needs a lot of work, I admire that it has begun. Cons It's convenient that I can send bills and get paid quickly, but I don't like that my invoice template isn't customizable. There are instances when I want to add a space between lines, but it won't let me. Their project management system also needs to be improved.
