Pros Like all Intuit products, it integrates pretty seamlessly with the other QuickBooks offerings, but isn't the easiest to use option. My business benefited from the easy integration with the other QuickBooks applications we use. The app is easy for checking in and out. Pros Using Quickbooks Time and it's integration with Quickbooks Payroll is a life saver. If there's ever a need to adjust time, it is quick and simple. Pros I like QuickBooks Time because it gives me easy access to the money I earn from my job, and it’s also helpful for managing my W-2s Cons I have not had any problems with QuickBooks. It is always helpful, including the tools it provides beyond just payroll. February 24, 2025 4.0 Overall, it was good and it's easy to use but the job costing did not work for us that well where our employees do a combination of shop and field work. Pros It's integrated and easy to use for small businesses that have employees who need to use a time sheet. Cons Reports are all built in and can be exported but the formatting of reports that are exported makes it difficult to use them in other applications or use them for analysis in Excel. Some basic tasks like unapproving time seems difficult to do. Pros The ability to enter time easily as well as the ability to add the time directly to a sales invoice. Cons It is common to have technical issues. The app times out and sometimes does not link to QBO. It is difficult to go back and make adjustments after the time is approved. It is also easy to fix mistakes when employees forget to clock in and out. Pros accurate and easy to use. This allows my staff to quickly clock in and out without taking up extra space. Cons I don't love the cost but when compared with other systems, it was easy to integrate since we already use quickbooks for payroll.
