Pros The thing I liked the most about QuickBooks Time was it's easy integration with other QuickBooks products like QuickBooks Online. Cons Occasionally we had issues with giving proper permissions to coworkers to view their paystubs or previously reported time. October 3, 2024 4.0 Overall, it has been very effective for us in minimizing errors, fraud, and keeping employees accountable for their schedules and time. Pros It automatically links to our QuickBooks for easy and efficient bookkeeping as well as minimizes fraud/user errors. The ease of the app is also perfect for our employees who work at various work sites for us. Cons It's not always intuitive for new users, both in the interface and through the email invites to gain access to the web/app. If they tighten up those user experiences, it will be an almost perfect tool. Pros This product is a great value for your money and has great scheduling and payroll options. The great calendar helps to keep track of everything. It is very easy to use also and helps me to keep track of my team members no matter where I am and this is because I can use both my desktop or mobile. Pros The mobile app gives me access to information anytime I have to step out and I am not with my computer. This is what I like the most about it. I get all this information in one place. Pros I like how I can track my employees away from the warehouses. I can keep track of when they clocked in without following them up. Cons I need additional controls to ensure employees are physically present on-site when they clock in. It's easy to use as it already has a log in and log off feature for employees which automatically tracks how long they worked for the entire day. We have used QB Time for many years, and it has worked very well to accurately track time and therefore, invoice clients. Pros It is easy to use, and I really like the colorful reports. I also like being able to see who's on and working on what at all times. Pros It was easy to view the hours that all employees have done and to view on a weekly basis. Cons The way to approve hours wasn't the best experience, especially if multiple teams. We have used the software since it wasa T-Sheets prior to intuit purchasing them and changing over to Quickbooks Time. The transition was not difficult. Prior to using the software my field supervisors were submitting paper timesheets for all the employees. This has been a massive improvement. Pros Easy to get timeclock info into quickbooks for payroll Cons There have been a few instances where the connection between the app and quickbooks has failed for some reason or another. Customer support is always able to get it sorted out eventually, but when it goes down and you need to get payroll done it is a significant annoyance.
