November 23, 2024 5.0 It helps to keep track of how much time I have per pay period to make sure I hit my quota. Pros I like that is allows manipulation of the times entered. I forget to clock in or out and it helps to not have to bother HR to fix my time. However, they need to work on the updates that causes issues on the employees phone. Pros Ease of using the geofence and ease of application. Cons app stops working quite often. It's flexible, it's functions are diverse and allow me and my employer to be on the same page with my time card and PTO. Pros I like this app because it allows flexibility in time sheets. I can request time off, cancel the time off, and it will show me multiple breakdowns of my timesheet throughout the pay period. I work primarily remotely, this app allows me the flexibility and accountability to my timecard. Cons Quickbooks time takes a long time to fix errors in the software. I would recommend this for any company - large or small. Pros Quickbooks Time is simple, and easy to use. The ease of access is the greatest strength of this platform. You can add jobs in seconds, and make them able to be used. The reporting side of the platform is second to none. You are able to find everything in a few clicks. Cons I don't like the fact it is a third party software, outside of QuickBooks. We must export the data to QuickBooks regularly to have the time reflected in QuickBooks. Pros What I like the most about QuickBooks Time is the user interface, which makes tracking time easy. QuickBooks Time has accurate time tracking and is easy to sync with QuickBooks Time for a smooth payroll. Right there, it can't get no better than that. Unfortunately, it was too difficult due to some approval issues from our-side and how confusing it is Pros I like the idea of how they try to include labour time and try to make it easy for the user which is nice Cons Unfortunately, for my team and i, it was somewhat difficult and confusing. I’m not sure if it’s the wrong setting but when we decided to move the labour time in the invoice, it need admin approval which is quite annoying because sometimes, our upper managements are not always here and sometimes our the customers get upsets about it.
