Owner Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Tsheets is AMAZING!" March 24, 2017 5.0 This morning I had the opportunity to speak with support staff from TSheets support. She provided me with great customer service and answered more than what I had originally called about. She not only helped me with her product but also helped me with a few things in quickbooks I never knew as well that the quickbooks support was unable to help me with over several calls to them. TSheets continues to be exactly what I need and gives outstanding support whenever I need it. What an amazing product, Great job TSheets team! 10 Stars if I could give it! Pros Ease of use and simplicity. It does exactly what I need it to do when I need it and then allows me to be able to use the data gathered later to easily create the invoicing I need in a thorough manner. Cons Quickbooks, quickbooks is supposed to be the greatest thing since sliced bread but they fail to be able to show me how to even use there product. integration with TSheets should be a piece of cake but somehow quickbooks cannot figure it out and neither can there support team. September 27, 2019 5.0 Pros It's so easy to use, easy to access and can go anywhere. This is not only a great program on the computer but it is a great app to be able to use for our team members on the jobsite so that are able to communicate with our team back at the office. I have nothing but great things to say about this software! The customer service has been outstanding especially my experience today with rep who helped me to navigate a tricky situation with complete ease! Online Content Manager Hospitality Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easy Way to Track Time" March 19, 2018 5.0 Pros For an employee TSheets is a super easy way to clock in, clock out, and generally track time. Being able to have the app makes it easy to clock in and out on the go, and TSheets even allows you to set reminders to clock in or clock out at a certain time. Depending on how your TSheets is set up for you, you may also be able to edit your previous timesheets, in case you clocked in or clocked out at the wrong time. Finally, TSheets also allows you to see who else from your team is currently on the clock. This is very useful if a lot of your team work remotely or have irregular schedules. Cons Since I often clocked in and out several times in a day I would sometimes find it difficult to find past timesheets if I needed to edit one. A bit more clarity in this part of the interface might make it easier. Other than that however I have no complaints. The software is pretty user friendly and intuitive. Review Source KM Kristen M. It is easy for P&L reports and inputting invoices as well as printing checks. Cons At times, it can be difficult to use Quickbooks because the software freezes and needs to be "aborted." PD1 was sooooo patient and kind and did such a FANTASTIC job of helping me go thru the different options...which there were many! He acted as though I was the only person he had to worry about today and how I appreciate that so much because there is so much information and things to do on this software that I was feeling overwhelmed and he just stayed so patient and never made me feel like he did not have the time to go over everything with me and that he had other customers to help. My hat is off to you guys for having such a wonderful employee on staff like PD1 and it makes me comfortable to know that you hire people like him to help people like me that don't know what we are doing and to make the transition easier! I wish I could get him every time I called! Thank you soooo much to PD1 and Tsheets!!! Pros Once I get the hang of the software, I think this will be great! There is so much to learn but I think that it is going to be fun...LOL! Cons There isn't anything that I dislike about it! There is just a lot to learn, just like quickbooks and that will take time but I am not worried about because I know there will be someone to help me along and hold my hand! Pros The best part about this software is the organization and ease to keep customers separate for billing and scheduling. Cons I personally haven't experienced any downsides, aside from the cost of adding on payroll. April 30, 2019 5.0 As a contractor who throughout the day makes several stops at clients and each location requires complete and accurate information this software has become an indispensable feature for my business. On top of that the customer service is outstanding. I have called and chatted in numerous times with varying degree problems and without exception I was thoroughly guided through correcting my problems every time. I just got off a 1h+ chat with KF1 who meticulously assisted me through a number of problems related to switching from QB desktop to QB online. Pros It really works. Pros relatively easy to use, most features are intuitive Cons inability to make certain drop down choices go away, for example, why have "None" as a choice under Billable, when the answer can ONLY be YES or NO. The "none" answer prevents us from having default settings for certain categories, always requiring extra steps when logging hours for certain billable or non-billable projects. We decided to de-link Tsheets from our Quickbooks account, however, b/c certain categories are named differently btwn the two platforms (e.g. "Customers" mean totally different things in Tsheets and QB, or at least they do for our non-profit org...) November 4, 2019 5.0 Pros I have crews of employees thought the area - I love that I can track where they are which makes my job easier. Also - the product is easy to use - I have some employees that are very tech-challenged - but they can still handle TSheets with little initial training. And the few times I have had to chat with support - they are amazing. Just worked with BD1 and he helped me solve my issue within seconds. Cons Nothing.... I am very satisfied with TSheets. My employees took to it right away. It’s a must have anymore. Pros The use of the tsheets app eliminated the paper trail and back and forth of verifying information, nevermind the hassle of collecting signed timesheets in the first place. Cons I don’t like that the employees time shows up split up on the timesheet, because of lunch breaks i suppose. For example it will print out 3:30 hours on one line then repeat the same customers name, same day of the week, and will post 4:00. I wish it just posted 7:30 for the day. It also allows requirements that employees use the mobile app so that GPS tracking can be used, which allows more accountability and oversight on employees. Pros I like the ability to use TSheets from my phone, which allows me to clock in if I am driving for work, or at something that requires me to be away from the office. It is functional and easy to clock in. Cons TSheets mobile app is frustrating to use sometimes. Can be a bit clunky especially when you go back to modify times. Takes time to refresh. They take calls from all lines of employees in an effort to resolve any issues encountered. Pros Time tracking and Passive Connectivity with Quickbooks makes this product a necessity for any company where the employees work abroad. Cons As with any software the beta process on some of the Geo Tracking systems leaves a little to be desired. Additionally, I would like to see an archive option for customers so that previous customers can be removed from the geo-tracking system without having to delete them from the system altogether. Pros Ease of set-up and use, awesome LIVE support, features that I love: auto reminders for ee’s to submit time, setting to require notes to describe work completed, option to add scheduling, extensive reports and custom reports option, audit tracking, approval documentation, ee’s able to view PTO balances and unable to schedule time when balance is zero. Additionally it gives client insight to where their employees are spending the most time. Pros We have implemented this software with a variety of our clients from many different industries. The ease of use and the reduction of paper is amazing. Cons Setting up the PTO off accruals can be a bit tricky. But if you map it our before you enter it, it becomes a lot easier. Nice to have a product that values high quality and reliability. And, the Customer Support team is truly exceptional: courteous, knowledgeable, good listeners, and respectful of the customer. I can track all of my expenses and as an added bonus, since I utilize turbo tax, I can import the information for my tax returns. Pros Private contractors have to constantly track their mileage, and with quick books, your mileage is already tracked for each trip automatically. Cons If you forget to clock out and need to enter your end time you can't see your start time which makes knowing when you clocked out difficult if you work for time and not a 9-5.
