April 18, 2019 5.0 Super easy to bill customers for time by utilizing their reports. Pros Simple to use. Saves time. Summary reports allow me to quickly bill customers for time. Hours can easily be corrected and imported for payroll into Quickbooks. They have amazing customer service. I've used their chat feature for help a few times and they are ALWAYS quick to respond...like seconds...and always know the answer without fumbling around looking for it. First class, all the way. The scheduling mod is an excellent tool to help you think through your week and also allows your employees to see where they will be going. The GPS tracker keeps everyone honest. Pros The GPS tracking for log in and out of jobs. It took a little getting use to by my employees as their clock in and out times were never really watched. This feature stopped them from leaving the site during working hours or leaving early. Cons The scheduling feature is a little more time consuming than I would prefer. I would prefer to be able to cut and paste like many other programs I use. That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone. Review Source JP John P. This is much more convenient & less wasted time. Pros Can keep real time track of hours worked, type of work details & for whom. Then import into QuickBooks for inserting into invoices. Cons I work on several different clients projects throughout the day. I would like to be able to switch between timesheets for different clients & then switch back to the 1st client timesheet & add to it. Now every employee punch in T-Sheet and all the data get exported to Payment Evolution. It is now a breeze to pay and track employee. And the service is beyond amazing ! General Manager Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "TSheets Review" November 16, 2016 5.0 We began talking with TSheets a few months ago, but were reluctant to start as we have several companies and wanted to be able to access them all from one log-in versus having to manage 5 different log ins for each location. At the time, y'all didn't have that as an option, but said you were working on it and would contact us when it became available. Well, about a month later it was ready to go and y'all helped set up all of our companies ( A Plus Transmission Specialists). The customer service from the get go has been unbelievable. Several hours have been patiently spent by many of your team members with us and we are so appreciative. My Rep in particular has played an integral part in the setting up of all of our companies and worked very closely with me to ensure everything was done correctly. In this day and age it is VERY rare to have positive customer service experiences, and y'all have blown us away in this category. I call and most of the team there knows me by name now and never once have I gotten the feeling that I am being a burden (I have called a number of times). Anytime we make a suggestion or bring something to y'all's attention, you tell us that you're either already working on it, or note it and see what can be done. I love that you value your customer's input and actively work to make your product better. Keep up the fantastic work!! Construction workers, landscape contractors, nearly anyone will be able to find a way to configure t-sheets to give them exactly what they need. it's quick and responsive to commands, as though it was running natively on your own computer. so, the pros are that it's quick, powerful, and very versatile. Cons When using the main interface, you get a distinct feeling that they went after the best code functionality and hired fantastic intelligent minds to have the software be highly capable and powerful, but at the cost of setting aside the user experience. it still has floating windows overlapping each other and you have to find what you're looking for, which takes extra time before you have a chance to even clock in. it takes a lot of setting up beforehand to get your perfect system out of it, and then it's slow to use a fast running piece of software. Admin Telecommunications Used the software for: 2+ years ### "UN-archived job numbers" April 12, 2017 5.0 When we first started with TSheets, we were able to "UN-ARCHIVE" job numbers by uploading them the way they were entered, and all time would still be there. There has been a change, and now we have to contact you to un-archive these job numbers. It was much easier when we were able to do this ourselves. If you look at our account, you will see the amount of job numbers we use... so we archive jobs regularly to not bog down the app. My request is that we are able to un-archive the jobs ourselves. Customer service is very helpful, but would like to be able to do it ourselves. June 26, 2017 5.0 saves me time Pros T- Sheets is a great use to our company, I use it on a daily basis, it really helps me save a lot of time. Cons I think that there could be improvement on project reports, sometimes I can't see the whole name of the client and it would be nice to roll my cursor on it and be able to see the whole name (it used to work like that before and it recently changed). Also, when I am in project reports and a client has several jobs and I exit one job it takes me back to the original screen with all the clients and then I have to go back into the same client to see a different job. Love that our field guys can work from the App. Cons Classing is very important in our company. I wish the PTO Tool would require Class and Service Item when entered. This made for a lot of data entry when we have multiple jobs in one day. Tsheets has decreased this by creating a phone app for my employees to login to. I just export the time on pay dates into my quickbooks and everything is there. Pros I love how Tsheets intergrades with quickbooks. Tsheets allows for job costing. My jobs export over to Tsheets and the employee clocks in from there phone app to the customer/Job No#, Service item and allows for notes and pictures of job. Tsheets also has GPS so If I need to locate an employee, I just login and locate. I have cut down my data entry by 95% Cons I enjoy everything about this software. I haven't ran into any issues with the software. Easy for managers to approve and submit. Takes the pain out of entering handwritten timesheets. Very limited issues and when something comes up, tech support is able to help quickly and efficiently. The live chat/instant message tech support is just as good as the phone-in tech support. Highly recommend. The only thing I wish we could adjust is the default PTO codes in T-sheets. We have our own PTO codes and we are not able to deactivate the default t-sheets codes. Some employees use the wrong (Tsheet default PTO) codes and it has to be changed manually in QuickBooks once imported. Pros Ease of use and wonderful tech support on the rare occasion there is an issue. Cons Tsheet PTO default codes are not able to be deactivated. On each job we need to track labor in several categories. T-Sheets is fantastic at allowing us to track each job and easily transfer employees between locations and/or tasks while maintaining accurate time tracking. Customer service is fantastic! - Brad D (BD1) just gave me fast help on an issue that was my error. I would recommend this product to anyone. Each employee has multiple projects with sub-items, so the process is time-consuming and requires extensive error checking. TSheets software helps employees keep track of their time during the day without the need to spend time at day's end recreating their day. Since it interfaces with QuickBooks, we can simply approve the time and start billing. It also provides real-time project status information throughout the month. Pros I love that employees can use a personal time clock to track their time on projects. Each of our employees has multiple projects with sub-items and this software helps them keep track of their time without the need to spend time at day's end recreating their day. I called customer support with a question and rep was a fantastic help! She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. Cons As with any software, there is a little bit of a learning curve. However, the videos and how to documentation have been very helpful. We have had no complaints from employees. July 17, 2019 5.0 Our rep was amazing today! She helped me set up my account and was very patient and very detailed! I wish all service reps were like her! The program itself could use some improvements to make it a little more user friendly. Certain things could be a drop down menu rather than requiring the user to fill in the email address of the employee in question. Also, the mapping of the employee - I wish we could see where they are every minute of the day. Pros I like that I can track my employees time and that they can clock in and out on their phones and that it syncs with QuickBooks. Cons I wish it was a little more user friendly. We absolutely love the QuickBooks integration, especially the payroll uploading! No more manual entry. Our company also loves the scheduling aspect! Our field techs get their schedule right on their phones with address info, start time, & we even put the scope in the notes section. Customer support is always super quick & easy! Pros Location clock in, makes sure my employees are at the job site when they clock in so I don't get shafted paying them hours they weren't working. Automatically is where I can see how many hours there are worked and billable instead of waiting until the end of the 2 weeks. Project reports are awesome saving me time going through 10 time sheets hoping that I counted all the hours up. Cons I HATE! and I will repeat HATE! that my employees can not see the location of the job. That way they could type it in to GPS or google and get directed to where to go, not just being in close proximity. We run an 80 mile circle so its difficult being close to the job or even have a clue where its at. It would be great if you could make it so they could see the location that is provided for them or even direct them to the job.
