October 25, 2019 5.0 From the initial contact with a representative at Tsheets, to implementation and then every interaction since, we have been overwhelmingly pleased with the high level of customer service. Our implementation rep even brainstormed some ideas on his own then contacted us to share his ideas because he felt they would help us get more out of Tsheets. He was right!! It's easy to see the employees at Tsheets love their jobs and completely invest in the needs of their customers. The software is extremely user friendly and Tsheets takes my suggestions so readily for future development. Tsheets will no doubt surpass many other timesheet softwares on the market in a very short time. Pros We like the ease of use of Tsheets. Our staff regularly comment how much nicer it is than our previous software. It's laid out in a very straight forward manner and we are looking forward to utilizing the upcoming project features. Pros Love that it has a great mobile app our entire company uses to track time and it downloads automatically into QuickBooks Cons There are no cons to this program. The con comes from having to use Quickbooks Payroll. If my choice I would use another payroll service. Ademas de proporcionar la ubicación en tiempo real al momento del marcaje de la hora. Cons Lo que mas me ha costado es que los trabajadores se acostumbren a usar la aplicación, ya que ellos son los que deben marcar la hora y tener la ubicación de su móvil activada para que llegue la información completa que ofrece esta utilidad. I did get an email saying they successfully processed my payment, though. Pros I can't think of any....still can't think of any....nope. I guess I like the \*idea\* of the software. Is that a pro?? Cons It's hard to read but most of all doesn't update on my employees phones so they have no idea what the schedule is each day. They go to the wrong jobs and no one shows up at jobs that are on the schedule because they don't see it on their phones. They are as aggravated as I am. It was very useful for the company to manage my work hours and especially because I could analyze myself in what dedicated my working hours and if I could improve the distribution of my time based on the daily work. I managed the interns in my area, so they also had to fill in the Tsheets so I could see how they spent working time and how they distributed the company's tasks. We can export the worksheets to save the information. You can also customize it per project so you can see how many hours you spend. It is easy to use, it has no major inconveniences when it comes to filling it and it's easy to access on the computer and the phone app. Cons It has happened to me sometimes that the cell phone app has problems synchronizing with desktop applications. I also like how you can track expenses associated with certain functions. It is a powerful tool with very little cost. I use it for myself in tracking my own time, but I could see how useful it would be to use with employees too. The times I have asked myself - wondering if I could do something I hadn't tried yet - I take a quick glance and there it is in a very intuitive format. Whether this is for changing job types, switching between tasks, or adjusting time for when I forget to switch tasks - it's been there. This has been a much easier format for me than my last method which cost me more overhead time than it was worth to track my time in the first place. Thanks TSheets! Pros As a single employee non-profit office - there is a variety of tasks that need to occur. TSheets helps me to keep tabs on where I'm spending my time helping me to be more effective and still get the jobs done. The multi platform entry and editing features have been of great use for me. I can use my iPad from one area, my desktop browser for a quick glance from my desk and my android phone when I step away and forget to make note. Adjustments are also easy to take care of as needed. June 3, 2019 5.0 I used TSheets in 2018 when working for a different employer. It was good then and customer support was great. In my current job I presented TSheets as an alternative to the timekeeping app that was in place, then did the implementation, setup and training for our staff. So far, so good. For my own consulting work I have moved out of a clunky timekeeping app to TSheets. I was using the other app only for timekeeping, then creating my hours in Excel, then creating invoices. Now I can perform the invoicing so much more easily in TSheets. Pros Miles away from our former timekeeping app- better performance and reliability. Amazing and knowledgeable customer support from pre-sales to now. JD1 was so helpful today with a complex Quickbook data export question that was fielded and resolved quickly. TSheets is a dynamic app that is truly interested in customers' suggestions. Cons what's to not like? A Spanish version would be great. Pros TSheets is a great program for time tracking and approval. I assisted one of my clients in the set up of her employees. The software allows for accurate and timely approval of employee hours, removing the hassle of emails and other software. For QuickBooks Online users, the integration works perfectly. Cons The software is included in the higher tiers of Quickbooks Online software. This is a bit pricier for organizations that do not need the higher tier of the software but do need TSheets. Pros Customer Service has really been helpful as we've migrated our company to QBO and Tsheets. There are a number of great features that we are still finding out as we get to know the software in more detail. Cons Have had an issue with one piece of the integration with QBO that has been frustrating; setting up contractors that are their own individual businesses - you can't grant them a timesheet in Tsheets unless they are set up as individual 1099 contractors in Quickbooks online. We have a number of small single man LLCs that preform hourly work for us at a client site. I need them to log time so I can invoice a client for that time through Quickbooks. Right now that isn't functional and have a work around in place but its not the long term solution. I'd really love the developers to add this feature in the next software release. She answered all questions and even suggested some tips I was not aware of. Pros Ease of use for various levels of all employees. Integrates simply with Quickbooks Pro. It's nice that all the clients and services are at the technician's fingertips. Cons It is difficult for our technicians to add a new client. Quickbooks syncs the data, but if that did not yet happen, the new client does not show up in the field. We need to create a "New Customer" account that the techs' can use and then edit time after the fact. Still way easier than the other product we were using. No Geo-fencing, however a birdie told us that it is in Beta - fingers crossed. Review Source MT Michael T. NO REFUNDS at all" November 19, 2019 1.0 We did the trial and thought this app would fill our needs. After the trial I wanted to continue month to month for another month or two but the sales person told me if I did not sign up for the annual pay plan we would not be able to take advantage of the discount so we signed up. We tried TSheets but found it to be lacking. It would log people off randomly and the GPS function worked intermittently. We were unable to do many things we wanted to without paying for more apps so we started looking for something else. When I called to cancel I was told no money would be refunded even though we had only used it for 1 month. DO NOT Pay for annual unless you are 100% sure this will work for you or you will be out hundreds of dollars Pros taking photos and uploading them was easy Cons logged people off randomly GPS did not work all the time Customer service only available thru messaging Reason for choosing QuickBooks Time QuickBooks recommended it I should have done more research before purchasing Review Source EM Elisha M.
