Love the mobile app and how easily it is to use and track employees, see whos all working etc.... Like the many reports you can generate as well. BD1 Cons Scheduling can be a bit glitchy at times and there are a few features I would like to see get added in the future. It's has minimized all the paperwork of tracking employee hours. It has minimized all the trips to our shop to collect paperwork in order to process payroll. A few clicks online and I can have our payroll processed in no time at all. Our employees have also enjoyed the digital product and have had no problems using the online time clock. Thank you tsheets for a great product. Pros It's easy to use. Cons The reports. I would like a pdf in which you can download ALL the individual hours and total, for review from the boss man. Pros Great pop-up window with an easy clock-in/out function and switching between projects or activities is very simple. Cons Although I only have the free version, and the paid version may comprise of better reporting, I have found this a little lacking in extracting the exact information I require. By downloading a.csv then playing around in Excel, I can get the information I need, but a direct report with more filtering would be beneficial. Review Source MF Mindy F. July 15, 2019 4.0 Pros Besides how much time I save on entering time sheets every week, the best part about Tsheets is the customer support. Since integrating TSheets a months ago, I've called in and used the chat feature at least twice a week. In particular, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was incredibly patient with my barrage of questions and she then followed through by email. Cons I wish the app was available in Spanish for iPhone. I'd like to be able to search for a client in the list by their address. We need better integration between QBO and the client "Projects". Currently there is not a way that I've found to sync project addresses (only the main client) so geofencing doesn't work for projects. Pros Service representative was very attentive to my needs in combining Quickbook Desktop with TSheets to be able to save times in processing pay roll and exporting into Quickbook to perform payroll services. TSheets is a web base software and is very primitive to use yet at the same time very powerful if you know where to find the right setting for what you want to do. I highly recommend anyone who is using Quickbook Payroll services to try out this new software to track employee time sheets. Cons Need to contact service representative when I first started using TSheets with all the powerful functions; once you are familiar with the program, then it will be a breeze! This product definitely makes time tracking easy for me. I am a HR and Payroll freelancer, I recommend this product to all of my clients that need to track time for employees, especially those who need to track time by client. The best part is that it integrates easily with my bookkeeping and payroll software so I don't have to manually enter all of the data. I used the Online Chat today and Riley Z was a great help. He answered all of my questions with ease and it took very little time to find a solution to my problem. Riley truly was a great help! Cons the time sheets are a bit cumbersome. I would like a summary by day that simply told the hours worked and the breaks taken. I want to know my employee worked from 7:30 - 6:00 with a break from 2-3 and 5-515 for example. I don't need to send the updated timesheet to everyone. PTO is calculated and displayed for Employees to select Job Codes are individualized Able to enter employee time on their behalf Able to copy jobs from previous week. TSheets sends out reminder. Has a complete list of employee to track down who submitted their timesheets. Eliminated the need to create new sets of timesheets every year. Cons I want to be able to view all the employees and what job code are available. I want to force users to enter PTO in blocks of 1 hour, not 30 minutes or 15 Minutes. Job Codes disappear from timesheets if there is 0 hours for that week. I want them to stay on the sheet even if there is 0 hours so that I do not have to retrain my timesheet entry habits. Employee cannot submit their timesheet if they forget to clock-in or clock out on their phone, I want admin rights to remove that option when inviting employees to use TSheets. Holiday hours are difficult to assign in multi-user mode. i would like to see who will be affected if I enter the Holiday hours. To have PTO info at employees fingertips is great. And I just can't enough about the outstanding support. Customer rep. you rock! And that goes for everyone else. Pros It is very robust if you are ambitious. But you can also make it very simple if that's what works for your business. VERY intuitive and clear. Absolutely first rate customer support. Multiple platforms, videos and they answer their phone with friendly people. Best customer support I've experienced. Very flexible software that can be used in many ways, from 'dumb' kiosk/punch clock to iPhone mobile apps that allow our employees to clock in at remote jobsites. Cons We are early in the roll-out so very little. Perhaps I would say at times I had to hunt for specific settings that were in categories I did not quite expect. But it did not take long to find them.
