There's also the part where there isn't much guidance or walk-throughs. The software can become very tedious at times, and finding ways to generate reports can also get challenging. There's also the cost; the value for its money is quite steep if you're a small organization; however, if you are a large organization, you can allocate someone, and the customer support would be more than happy to help you. I did find in my own experience, as I am a single team, that the employment management tool wasn't necessarily needed for me and that I wasn't taking full advantage of the software as I wanted to, so I made a transition to a software that was cheaper Simplifi By Quicken then it could be more easily accessible to my needs. Pros The software is very robust, and there are a lot of different features that can be utilized to invoice people, track your finances, and be able to get an inside look at your business and your own personal finances. I love that they have multiple ways to pay, reporting, for example, like your cash flow. There are also a lot of ways to report taxes, and their application on iOS is pretty cool and great to look at but can be challenging to navigate at times too. Cons The learning curve was very steep in order to be able to utilize the software properly, and additionally, they didn't provide many classes or learning materials that I could see. It just cost me to feel like I needed to go out of my way to learn it, and by the time I was learning, I was getting frustrated because the information I was absorbing was fragmented. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Ultimate function was the cost of the software and the lack of having a personal personnel or staff to manage the software consistently day-to-day. I wish there had been more training or guidance on how one person team can utilize the offer. I would've kept it for myself and for my clients. I like that it allows for easy tracking of accurate time, and I know that it makes running payroll much easier for my employer as it just moves our hours over into his payroll software with Quickbooks. I also like that I can see and keep up with my available sick day and vacation day hours. Pros Very straightforward software, makes it easy to track time and edit with supervisior permission. It is also nice that I am able to put in notes when I forget to clock back in after lunch... Cons I wish that it would allow for my account to stay logged in online because sometimes it takes a few minutes to get logged in and that causes a few minutes to be deducted from my hours. While there can be a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, the overall functionality and time-saving benefits have made it a valuable tool for staying organized and improving workflow. Pros What I liked most about QuickBooks Time was how easy it made time tracking for the whole team. The interface is intuitive, simple to navigate, and takes very little training to get people up and running. It made clocking in and out, tracking hours, and reviewing timesheets feel seamless instead of tedious. I also really appreciated how well it helped with accountability and visibility across projects, which made payroll and scheduling much more efficient. Overall, it saved time, reduced errors, and made day-to-day operations feel much more organized. Cons One small downside is that some features can take a little time to fully learn, especially when setting up more detailed tracking or admin settings. It is very capable, but that also means there can be a slight learning curve at first. Once everything is configured, though, it works smoothly and provides a lot of value.
