Pros: I especially like the scheduler view. It is fantastic to see everyone's court date side by side. This allows us to easily track where people as well as share information like location, which judge, ect. Previously used iCloud which did not allow for everyone to have easy access to the calendar.

Cons: I do not have anything bad to say about this software. It has overall been excellent and made our lives easier.

It's a good application but can be somewhat confusing when setting up

Pros: Ease of use with the ability to create multiple ways of viewing calendars, and multiple calendars for different groups.

Cons: URL based logins that are unique but at the same time easy to lose. Very basic GUI that could be improved to look better and be more useful.

Pros: Works well for a small team. We can each easily see what we have on our schedule and what other people are doing.
I like being able to assign multiple people to an appt.
I like the notes section and the fact that I can add an address that I can then use on my phone app to open it on GPS.

Cons: Some of the color choices are too similar and we have found that different people have different colors that appear on their screen compared to what I originally assigned to them.
There have been a handful of times when the site was down which was inconvenient.

Overall: Convenient and easy way to manage the calendar for a small team.

I love Team Up!!! It has been instrumental in keeping our small business/team on track and on time!

Pros: I love that it is multi user and syncs immediately. I also love that you can add events to other people's calendars as we have many clients who are coming and going and we need to meet them all over town. This calendar allows the whole team to keep track of each other and their case loads to make sure no appts are missed.

Cons: Sometimes it is a little finicky with the phone application. I find that when I'm in a poor service area, even when connected to wifi it doesn't always sync properly. But usually it works great!

Overall: It keeps our team organized and on time. This allows us to be more efficient and give better service to our consumers.

Pros: Our team used Teamup to schedule the maintenance team for our client. It worked great for our team. It is easy to setup and use.

Cons: In some cases we needed to double book at a particular time. Teamup was not flexible so we had to find a work around which wasn't too bad.

Free version works well for our needs

Pros: The free version allows my employees to mark time they are available for work, so I can refer to their calendar when scheduling shifts. With some basic setup, it's easy to use.

Overall: Scheduling shifts made easier. Shared calendar.

Didn't do what I needed it to do, then they can't refund money?

Pros: Not much really. Does basic stuff well. It has a very unattractive calendar.

CSS coding blocks out all other coding.

Cons: Couldn't have Personal Trainers as it made calendar look like a phone book.

Cancelled after 4 months, missed their cutoff time by 30 minutes so charged for a full month, and they can't refund the difference.

Will never refer this company to anyone.

Pros: This software is great to use company wide for organizing meetings or blocking out a conference room.

Cons: I wish there was some sort of chat functionality within it to easily send out notifications for better collaboration.

Great calendar for sharing with employees!

Comments: I'd been recommended to try TeamUp by many pals in the Pole industry but delayed doing so for fear of the set up process and actually getting students to understand things too!

But ...
Pros
It's relatively easy to set up - made easier by the amazing customer support available!
It is not too difficult for most students to understand - there are always some, but aren't there with anything!
I like the visuals - it's easy to navigate and makes sense to me - even after a few short weeks!
One week into actually going Live - most students are on board and I've been able to work my way through & round everything that I need to - so far!

Cons
Some terminology - I've had to change things as I went along - but that was possible so that;s a Pro!
I've had to adapt some of my working practices to suit the system rathe than the other way round - but that's not all bad either!

All in all - I'm a very happy customer - thank you!
