It is very easy to use. I can send a link to anyone to view my calendar, and I can send select people another link to view and edit the calendar. Pros Teamup allows my entire team keep on track with changing schedules. The information is live, and can be viewed on any device. Cons I don't have any cons. Teamup does exactly what I need it to do. I can add events to a shared calendar and everyone invited to that calendar can view the changes immediately. As a Construction Company keeping the schedule organized with all the necessary client details in one place is a must have and Teamup really stepped up to the plate for what we were looking for. I'm not sure how many scheduling applications I looked into but Teamup is defiantly the one we're sticking with! Pros Really love Teamup! I can use it on my computer or phone and it edits in real time. I can share the calendar between my boss and I so we're always on the same page. Cons Honesty there aren't really any cons that I can think of. Obviously you have more perks and modifications if you use the web version instead of the app version. Does a great job tracking and using it for planning purposes. I would recommend Pros Easy to navigate and use. I also like their feature. I would recommend others to use the product as it is very easy and does what is required for time tracking Cons Nothing much that I don’t like. Other administrators and I can quickly add information to an event so that our technicians can see it on their phones, without having to call or text me. Pros The web interface is very intuitive and feature-rich. If I want to do something new Teamup almost always has that function. I love that I can color-code my company's schedule based on what different team members are doing. The customizable user profile is also a great feature. I allow my administrators to edit events, but my technicians can only view events. The transition to the phone app is seamless and easy to follow. I love that I can tap the address from the phone app and it loads directions on google maps right away. Being able to add a custom field is also very helpful. Cons There is not much to dislike about Teamup. The biggest drawback is the more features you want, the more you have to pay. For example, you have to have an upgraded plan to be able to attach pictures or documents to an event. That being said, it's still fairly inexpensive. It is being used by a television/production company with teams in 2 islands, and some members work hybrid. So this tool ensures that everyone knows what is happening at each location without the need for meetings. Team members also know who is responsible for specific tasks. Pros It is an excellent way to keep the entire team aware of what is planned for each day/week/month. All team members have access (different levels can be created). The tool allows you to put in critical information for a meeting/recording/event, etc. Cons The biggest con right now for the company is the cost of adding new users. February 16, 2019 5.0 We were looking for a shared calendar solution for the office and after lots of trial, we finally stayed with teamup because it does exactly what we need. Now we can all see the calendars, add more information, edit appointments. Users who prefer using the web version have that option and users in a Mac with Calendar can suscribe to the calendars, if they prefer to use an app. Pros TeamUp has many options and settings to tweak. I also love that you can add events to other people's calendars as we have many clients who are coming and going and we need to meet them all over town. This calendar allows the whole team to keep track of each other and their case loads to make sure no appts are missed. Cons Sometimes it is a little finicky with the phone application. It has been so much easier than using paper. Pros I like that we can keep track of who is out and in for our employees who call out. Cons I like everything about it. I would have a tough time getting through my days as easily -if I did not use this software/app Pros This is easy to set up, never glitches, and is accessible in so many places. We use this app to communicate between sales people that cover a showroom floor and do outside estimates. When we are at a clients home we can easily open the app to see when our time is open, and showing who is scheduled to cover our showroom. The search function is amazing, as well as automatic links to maps when an address is added to the calendar. Once you understand permissions etc… there a endless ways you can set up your teams calendars. We use this for multiple stores as well. Pros I love how user friendly it is. Anyone can pick it up and use is easily, our engineers get on well with it and we can keep a closer eye on work bookings/ levels of works completed and the engineers can upload pictures/ forms all to one place which is easily accessed by people in the back office. The color coding allows us to easily schedule individual employees and see at a glance how each department is booked. Overall the ease of use and great functionality has increased our organization and functionality. Pros Teamup was a great choice for our small business scheduling needs. The schedule can be set up for numerous views (daily,weekly,monthly etc.) And is color coded by individual employees. The learning curve was non existent as the software is very straight-forward. Each item on the schedule can have pictures or documents attached as well as notes for reference. Cons The software does not integrate with some of our other business software as easily as google calendar or other similar options. Although teamup does a great job at what it is designed for....scheduling, that is all it does. It has to be used in addition to other software solutions which can be a hindrance. Pros I like that the calendar is easy to read and manage, and that my entire team can see what is going on on a given date. Cons It is hard to set up, I wish it had an instructive once you want to add someone on the different steps you have to take. I always forget.
