I use it on both my personal and business computers and I has kept me free from malware and virus' Cons The only con I can think of is how draining it can be on my system. When my computers startup, Sophos can bog down the system and force it to run slower than normal. But, for the protection it provides, its worth it. Cons Many of our machines would over time start having issues with certain AV services stopping, requiring an uninstall / re-install, because the system couldn't automatically correct whatever the issue was. Cons Customer support for the product is the worst I have ever seen. Weeks would go by between responses on tickets. I told to white-list Office EXEs to allow Hitman.Pro to not block them. One company I work with requires it's use on computers connected to it's network. It does get's the job done Pros when it comes to your organization and internet security, it is hard to feel safe, Sophos does a very good job protecting your organization. I especially like the e-mail quarantine features. Cost effective. Pros It is cloud based, so you don't need to have software installed on a server and can access from any location. It's also easy to install and supports both Mac and Windows. The dashboard gives an overview of what is going on with your machines. Most times you can clean up things right from the cloud interface, but if manual clean up is required there is generally advice on what to do through links. Cons Some of the features take a bit of digging, for example adding exceptions could be an easier process. Also nice using the hosted version so there's one less server to manage on premise. Pros The Intercept-X addon for Ransomware is a must in todays threat landscape. We've had instances where this addon stopped ransomware before it could start to encrypt files. Cons There is limited reporting with the cloud version. A lot less issues with knuckleheads spreading viruses since. The Mac setup, delivery was problematic, but that could be due to the staff's unfamiliarity with Mac OS. Kinda crazy as most artsy fartsy departments (like mine) in the corporate world are driven by Mac. Switched from [Trellix Endpoint Security](https://www.capterra.com/p/151734/McAfee-Endpoint-Security/) we were looking for a system with cloud management and a much cleaner interface.
