Pros

the antivirus software is really good for real time monitoring of the computer/laptop. It warns immediately if there are any virus in the laptop/websites etc.

Cons

sometime it may not find the new virus...this is a rarely occurring event.

Have used the home version before of McAfee. It does what it needs to do with properly safeguarding your device (I used it mainly on my PC and Laptop). Quick scans are a breeze and updating the software is easy

Just like every Security Endpoint software, not all are perfect. So it does what it needs to do

Cons

It is a safe alternative to use as compared to other similar products and applications.

Pros

It allows for a complete, consistent check up of your PC for malicious software. It allows for the user to postpone or automate the process if needed to work in the background. Recommended for those who had the software pre-installed on their PC's as this means they do not have to purchase another program.

Cons

Some PC's come with this software by default. If the user wishes to use another program instead, this one will need to be disabled prior to usage.

The yearly subscription comes with unlimited licenses, so you can protect all your devices, including cell phones and tablets.

Cons

I feel that the one area in which McAfee could improve is that it doesn't detect as many malware threats as other antivirus programs.

Since we use EPO, I really like being able to manage all machines without having to be on the actual endpoint.

Cons

It is pretty hard to get the hang of. I wish each endpoint could just update itself instead of me having to make branches current or previous, etc.

Pros

This program does exactly what you would want a security program to do, provide great malware and virus protection and there are lots and lots of user options. It is also very easy to get reports (once you figure out where to find the option)

Cons

Maybe this is more user error than actual program issue but as a beginner to the program it is overwhelming and not super easy to use. Very very important to look at tutorials and helps to learn where to go and how. If you are looking for a program you can jump into using this program might not be the one for you.

Pros

McAfee Endpoint Security is the most thorough antivirus program I have ever used. It provides security not only for devices but also on the cloud. It offers a user-friendly and aesthetic interface which seldom has problems. This is the only antivirus I have ever used which I feel truly protects my devices and it gives me the peace of mind I need to for both my business and personal needs.

Cons

The program is expensive considering that there are free alternatives available. It also makes my computer noticeably slower and takes of a considerable amount of space.

Pros

There are lots of system security providers available in the market but I used it. They secure my system very well from different adware and spams. The scanning whole system is really easy using McAfee. Specially the cost is too cheaper then other security providers.

Cons

They should also add more effective junk cleaner. It's not removing all junk files. Overall as per the price it's best compare to others.

I can't really say much here that could be construed as a pro. It does detect some things fine, but mostly, it pales in comparison to its modern competitors

Cons

What can I say about this software except...sigh. It's wildly inaccurate with detection, lacks handily in features, and is quite frankly a cumbersome resource hog with little to offer the average or even above average user. Very frustrating.

Pros

MacAfee Endpoint, for the most part, follows through on their claims, of detection, I did not, easy install easy to use.

Cons

1\. Microsoft defender is free with Windows 10, of course, and picked up every virus/spyware that McAfee did minus one email trojan, which I simply did not and would not have opened, McAfee Endpoint protection 31.34-92.17 depending on the version. 2. The McAfee software slowed every facet of my computer, internet speed, boot time, launching programs. 3. the biggest con was trying to uninstall the software after deciding not to keep it. Standard windows uninstall"program" was unable to remove all traces still processing in the task manager., I then reinstalled Endpoint McAfee and used the "McAfee specific" uninstall App. Traces remained process in the task manager. I ultimately used a third party program and dove into the registry to completely remove. >Does it work? Yes, > worth the money? No > client? Novice> would I purchase or recommend? No. > ironically, I was an original McAfee fan, seems the company is trying to do too much. sorry guys.
