Now with McAfee Endpoint Security they can no longer do it, because the software prevents them, it does not allow to open unsafe sites. It also keeps computers free of viruses, Trojans and any threat. Cons Sometimes some teams get slow. Policies are pushes automatically with granular control of products and individual product policies. Pros The feature I like best is the full encryption that prevent data theft from stolen laptops or mobile devices. Mac and Linux operating systems are also supported. It's worked well. Pros This has worked well for security on my windows machine. It seems to run updates and scans at convenient times when I am not requiring resources. It may be smart enough to know a baseline of when you normally use memory/cpu, etc. Cons The software seems to have a lot of prompts and will try to block valid software that I feel it should inherently trust. Cons Every time I am having an issue with something loading or a video playing, a file downloading, etc. it always has something to do with McAfee. Pros Centralizes multiple security functions within a single program, the remote execution function is very useful when managing multiple computers. Cons Little chance of detecting existing viruses on the computer, for example the virus "new folder", which creates shortcuts to replace the original folders. this software has never removed this virus from me PC.
