Business Admin Design Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Best platform for digital products" November 27, 2019 5.0 FastSpring rules if you use it for digital products. Be it small one time purchases or recurring payments, it is super easy to use and intuitive. The fees are reasonable too. Pros The features it offer for digital products and the multiple payment processing options are top-class in this segment. Cons Nothing much to dislike about this. I would still like better integration with physical products. Currently I use it only for digital products. I migrated from Plimus in 2013 and FastSpring is much better in every aspect. Cons Most of the time it's a self-service and I don't get any questions from clients. But from time to time, usually when European academic or government institutions are involved, I get requests for an official quotation, or I'm asked how to get a pdf version of an invoice (it's possible but not obvious), or how to pay by bank transfer (also possible but often a client cannot sort it out themself). July 17, 2018 4.0 It works very well and Fastspring deals with a lot of stuff that I don't want to. Pros It is stable. Reporting features are good. Lots of functionality. I've never had any problems with errors, etc. It just works. Cons Admin interface is not intuitive. I sometimes have to hunt around or use trial and error to get something to work.
