The BI reporting dashboard has been very useful in providing useful insights about the practice performance. The Vendor is extremely responsive towards customer feedback and willing to enhance the product to best fit individual customer needs. I was using OpenEMR for my practice and given that this product is already integrated with OpenEMR, it worked well for me.
