If you're familiar with DocuSign this is very similar and intuitive to set up. Pros Very easy to use and appreciate that there is a free tier as I don't often have a need for digitally signing documents. This worked perfectly for a lease agreement and saved me having to print and scan the document. Both parties receive an email copy after everyone has signed and the person you are requesting to sign does not need to sign up for an account making it a very frictionless process. Cons I actually can't think of any cons for my use case as I mentioned it's a once a year occurrence. If you required the other party to create an account that would be a con. For a nonprofit, there are cheaper and more cost-effective alternatives available to ensure the majority of the funds go to the mission. Pros It's easy to use for people who are not technologically savvy without much training or explanation making implementation much easier, so getting contracts or documents signed are quick and easy. It's also helpful that you don't have to download a software program. The workflow management is a great feature that's also easy to use. Cons The cost is higher than many of the alternatives that are available. We have tried many of the options available online that are free. While DigiSigner is much easier than many other alternatives, there are free alternatives available which is much better for the overhead numbers for a nonprofit. While waiting on the hierarchy of my organization to approve my license for Acrobat Pro, I did a search for applications that did not have the usual limitations of a number of signers, more than 1 document per month, on the free account. DigiSigner was the ticket! With its free account, I had up to 3 documents per month with unlimited signatures. That is why I chose this platform. Pros The ease of use and the ability to have multiple signers were what grabbed my attention for the free account. Cons Not applicable. I have only used this application once, and have not really seen anything that I did not like. I really like how easy it is for people to add their signatures, which makes the process quick and efficient. I did struggle a bit at first, as some of the setup options were unclear and I wasn’t always sure how my choices would affect the final document. When I realized I had made mistakes, I had to start over. Step-by-step guidance or a setup tutorial would have been helpful. This has helped me to get what I needed, digitally - which was the most important feature for me. Pros The platform is easy to use. The screen layout is clear and the functionality is simple. Cons You cannot go back and edit forms once they are bundled. If you bundle several forms for signing, it would be nice to go back, edit and re-add an updated form into said bundle. Great for document signing and organisation. Very quick to learn and manh convenient features. Pros Very easy to organise contracts. The ability to produce and continue to use a template makes creating contracts for multiple clients easy. They are automatically stored in their own section when signed. Cons I found the introduction zoom inconvenient. The only times available for a live zoom meeting was 1am-8am in 30 minute increments meaning i had to get up very early to make it to the meeting. The meeting is also not necessary as digisigner is easy to figure out without a tutorial. I appreciate the customer service of a live tutorial, but would appreciate more reasonable times. It's a very valuable tool that I recommended to others who need to fill out paperwork or send paperwork to others in office. Pros It's very intuitive and easy to use. You can sign and add text boxes if you need to. It also helps with sending documents to and from coworkers that need to be signed or received. Cons I've had a couple of instances trying to send myself a document I signed or trying to download a document I had filled out and failing. I always end up getting the document in the end.
