If you're familiar with DocuSign this is very similar and intuitive to set up. Pros Very easy to use and appreciate that there is a free tier as I don't often have a need for digitally signing documents. This worked perfectly for a lease agreement and saved me having to print and scan the document. Both parties receive an email copy after everyone has signed and the person you are requesting to sign does not need to sign up for an account making it a very frictionless process. Cons I actually can't think of any cons for my use case as I mentioned it's a once a year occurrence. If you required the other party to create an account that would be a con. For a nonprofit, there are cheaper and more cost-effective alternatives available to ensure the majority of the funds go to the mission. Pros It's easy to use for people who are not technologically savvy without much training or explanation making implementation much easier, so getting contracts or documents signed are quick and easy. It's also helpful that you don't have to download a software program. The workflow management is a great feature that's also easy to use. Cons The cost is higher than many of the alternatives that are available. We have tried many of the options available online that are free. While DigiSigner is much easier than many other alternatives, there are free alternatives available which is much better for the overhead numbers for a nonprofit. Your not able remove pages within a documents. Not able to print directly from the program. When you bundle multiple docs for signing they don't stay bundled when you download or print them the are downloaded as separate docs so you then have to combine them again. It got me out of the very annoying ... email the form, they print it, sign it, scan it and then email to the next person ... and the process s-l-o-w-l-y drags on. Great to see who hasn't signed and resend document to them. I like the auto reminder default of 3/7 days, but also that is can be adjusted. Being able to change the base document is a real asset. I will need to do more with it, to test out more of its features. Pros Sometimes when we get documents to sign it becomes a difficult task because we sometimes have to alter the formating of the document in order to paste a picture of our signature or just sign by typing our names. Digisigner makes it easier to sign contracts and documents. I sent it to 1000's of my workers and all have successfully learned how to sign.
