If you're familiar with DocuSign this is very similar and intuitive to set up. Pros Very easy to use and appreciate that there is a free tier as I don't often have a need for digitally signing documents. This worked perfectly for a lease agreement and saved me having to print and scan the document. Both parties receive an email copy after everyone has signed and the person you are requesting to sign does not need to sign up for an account making it a very frictionless process. Cons I actually can't think of any cons for my use case as I mentioned it's a once a year occurrence. If you required the other party to create an account that would be a con. I am learning to like Digi signer. But maybe i do not have all of the administrator access so I am not fully aware of what it can and cannot do. Pros has a good digital time and date stamps for electronic signatures and notification options. the timing of sending out documents is quick and once signed quick to receive in my inbox which is great. Cons It could use more features. Merging and separating, or rearranging single documents/pages like adobe acrobat pro would be a great use. In the templates, if you want to move a document to a different folder, please add a move options instead of having to delete and upload again from scratch. Also include a way to pre-populate text boxes so the user does not have to do it all manually. Would bee a huge time saver for anyone. Accuracy and consistent box size would be best. Also, add a preview feature so you can see what it looks like before sending out or having to send a test email to your personal email. a reminder option would be great to click when outside of the designated reminder set by the admin. I mostly use it for signing contracts as I have many projects which require me to sign. Pros Sometimes when we get documents to sign it becomes a difficult task because we sometimes have to alter the formating of the document in order to paste a picture of our signature or just sign by typing our names. Digisigner makes it easier to sign contracts and documents. I sent it to 1000's of my workers and all have successfully learned how to sign. Great for document signing and organisation. Very quick to learn and manh convenient features. Pros Very easy to organise contracts. The ability to produce and continue to use a template makes creating contracts for multiple clients easy. They are automatically stored in their own section when signed. Cons I found the introduction zoom inconvenient. The only times available for a live zoom meeting was 1am-8am in 30 minute increments meaning i had to get up very early to make it to the meeting. The meeting is also not necessary as digisigner is easy to figure out without a tutorial. I appreciate the customer service of a live tutorial, but would appreciate more reasonable times.
