If you're familiar with DocuSign this is very similar and intuitive to set up. Pros Very easy to use and appreciate that there is a free tier as I don't often have a need for digitally signing documents. This worked perfectly for a lease agreement and saved me having to print and scan the document. Both parties receive an email copy after everyone has signed and the person you are requesting to sign does not need to sign up for an account making it a very frictionless process. Cons I actually can't think of any cons for my use case as I mentioned it's a once a year occurrence. If you required the other party to create an account that would be a con. It really affects the bottomline so I hope the devs don't change the model. I haven't tried the video conferencing feature as meetings are scheduled with either Zoom or Google, but it should be worth a look. Pros I have been using DigiSigner for less than a year, transferring from another popular vendor. The main thing I enjoy about DigiSigner is that the complimentary account allows for a few signatures (3) without having to pay a subscription. That is very generous and really helpful for small businesses like myself. The interface is also intuitive and easier to navigate than the other app. I just upload my docs, indicate sign areas and recipients and off I go. I then get notified as soon as signatures are done, and I can organize my documents efficiently. I have not had a chance to ask for customer support because usage is really simple. Cons Nothing yet. It's very straightforward. Other apps charge a robotic monthly fee which I have to pay even if I have no signatures or need for the services. DigiSigner does not. But given PDF is the common document format, it makes sense for Adobe to have it. But it's really expensive. I am learning to like Digi signer. But maybe i do not have all of the administrator access so I am not fully aware of what it can and cannot do. Pros has a good digital time and date stamps for electronic signatures and notification options. the timing of sending out documents is quick and once signed quick to receive in my inbox which is great. Cons It could use more features. Merging and separating, or rearranging single documents/pages like adobe acrobat pro would be a great use. In the templates, if you want to move a document to a different folder, please add a move options instead of having to delete and upload again from scratch. Also include a way to pre-populate text boxes so the user does not have to do it all manually. Would bee a huge time saver for anyone. Accuracy and consistent box size would be best. Also, add a preview feature so you can see what it looks like before sending out or having to send a test email to your personal email. a reminder option would be great to click when outside of the designated reminder set by the admin. January 27, 2026 5.0 I had a document that required multiple signatures. While waiting on the hierarchy of my organization to approve my license for Acrobat Pro, I did a search for applications that did not have the usual limitations of a number of signers, more than 1 document per month, on the free account. DigiSigner was the ticket! With its free account, I had up to 3 documents per month with unlimited signatures. That is why I chose this platform. Pros The ease of use and the ability to have multiple signers were what grabbed my attention for the free account. Cons Not applicable. I have only used this application once, and have not really seen anything that I did not like. I have used PandaDoc, DocUsign, and apple docs signing and this is very simple for the most part aside from the check boxes and BCC that I mentioned earlier. Pros How easy it was to set up . I was initially looking to have a way to have our clients automatically sign agreements. I came across them on Google in an article and decided to give them a shot. At first I didn't think it had that option but after I reached out to support I was told it was available after I upgraded. I would of signed up immediately if I knew it was there. It has worked flawlessly ever since! Cons I don't like the "Check box" part of the signer. It is very confusing. The ability to produce and continue to use a template makes creating contracts for multiple clients easy. They are automatically stored in their own section when signed. Cons I found the introduction zoom inconvenient. The only times available for a live zoom meeting was 1am-8am in 30 minute increments meaning i had to get up very early to make it to the meeting. The meeting is also not necessary as digisigner is easy to figure out without a tutorial. I appreciate the customer service of a live tutorial, but would appreciate more reasonable times.
