I switch from DocUSign to DigiSigner and it works just as great and offers much of the same features to include company branding. Cons Not being able to reuse a document versus using a template. Your not able remove pages within a documents. Not able to print directly from the program. When you bundle multiple docs for signing they don't stay bundled when you download or print them the are downloaded as separate docs so you then have to combine them again. The folks i contacted about signing never had any problem using it. I think it was great. Pros Ease of use of the application was the first thing that attracted me to reviewing the app. Secondly, Prompt notification was priority for the application, which i think is the same for user. People want to know how far things have gor for them. Thirdly, the Audit trail provision was exemptional. Cons I like everything. Im not sure there was anything that i do not like. I really like how easy it is for people to add their signatures, which makes the process quick and efficient. I have used it for years on the signing end, but this was my first time setting up documents to collect signatures. I did struggle a bit at first, as some of the setup options were unclear and I wasn’t always sure how my choices would affect the final document. When I realized I had made mistakes, I had to start over. Step-by-step guidance or a setup tutorial would have been helpful. Pros I work across multiple campuses, and not all of the itinerant staff are on campus. Digisigner helps gather their signatures. Cons It was difficult to set up signatures the first time I used the app. I made mistakes and had to start completely over to fix. It would have been nice to just unclick and save. I mostly use it for signing contracts as I have many projects which require me to sign. Pros Sometimes when we get documents to sign it becomes a difficult task because we sometimes have to alter the formating of the document in order to paste a picture of our signature or just sign by typing our names. Digisigner makes it easier to sign contracts and documents. I sent it to 1000's of my workers and all have successfully learned how to sign.
