My experience with DigiSigner is an enjoyable and flawless integration into my workflow without having to worry about paying fees for nothing. It really affects the bottomline so I hope the devs don't change the model. I haven't tried the video conferencing feature as meetings are scheduled with either Zoom or Google, but it should be worth a look.

Pros

I have been using DigiSigner for less than a year, transferring from another popular vendor. The main thing I enjoy about DigiSigner is that the complimentary account allows for a few signatures (3) without having to pay a subscription. That is very generous and really helpful for small businesses like myself. The interface is also intuitive and easier to navigate than the other app. I just upload my docs, indicate sign areas and recipients and off I go. I then get notified as soon as signatures are done, and I can organize my documents efficiently. I have not had a chance to ask for customer support because usage is really simple.

Cons

Nothing yet. It's very straightforward. Other apps charge a robotic monthly fee which I have to pay even if I have no signatures or need for the services. DigiSigner does not.

Acrobat was even more expensive than Docusign. But given PDF is the common document format, it makes sense for Adobe to have it. But it's really expensive.

Pros

Ease of use and functions and cost effectiveness. I switch from DocUSign to DigiSigner and it works just as great and offers much of the same features to include company branding.

Cons

Not being able to reuse a document versus using a template. Your not able remove pages within a documents. Not able to print directly from the program. When you bundle multiple docs for signing they don't stay bundled when you download or print them the are downloaded as separate docs so you then have to combine them again.

I can navigate it well. It is user friendly and most people that sign for the first time can figure it out easily.

Pros

It is easy for the recipient to sign. I like way it auto populates the client's names/emails, when I need to put people's name in for the second document to sign

Cons

I would like a red line strike through option. I can use the black text and "X" through a change. I feel red line ability would be used a lot.

the reminders and the navigation of the program are perfect plus it affordable even the free version is great. I've used it in the past at a different job and have began using it here at my new job instead of using adobe which I'm not a fan of.

Pros

What I like the most about Digi Signer is that its super easy to use and I've used it before and prefer it over Adobe

Cons

The only thing I least like about Digi Signer is that when you delete a document and remove a signer, it keeps trying to send to them

It's been great. So far we haven't used it for many documents, but the 3/month free document signing options, automatic emails has been really great. No customer service experience yet as we haven't had any issues with it.

Pros

Ease of use and signing features. Branding options too. I'm currently on the free plan and it has provided me a lot of value.

Cons

The landing/home page seemed a bit outdated and didn't leave a good first initial impression on how actually good the service is. Especially the fonts and hero section. I feel like modernizing it a bit would help, changing the font, banners and pictures would help

Superfluous, i would say. Digisigner is a very good application. The folks i contacted about signing never had any problem using it. I think it was great.

Pros

Ease of use of the application was the first thing that attracted me to reviewing the app. Secondly, Prompt notification was priority for the application, which i think is the same for user. People want to know how far things have gor for them. Thirdly, the Audit trail provision was exemptional.

Cons

I like everything. Im not sure there was anything that i do not like. Howevere, features like audit rrail should be elaborated on so that users do not keep signing in indiscriminately as i got too many sign ins and offs on my audit trail.

My overall experience has been very positive. DigiSigner made it incredibly simple to sign contracts and forms remotely. It removed a lot of friction from what used to be a time-consuming process. I no longer have to print, scan, or email documents back and forth. It’s saved me a lot of time and made me look more professional to clients.

THE THREE DOCUMENTS PER MONTH FOR FREE IS GREAT. I WISH THEY COULD MAKE IT 4 DOCUMENTS FREE A MONTH. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY WITH GREAT POTENTIAL AND I WISH THEY GET BIGGER THAN DOCUSIGN.

IT WAS VERY EASY TO SEND A SIMPLE DOCUMENT TO SOMEONE TO SIGN AND ONCE SIGNED, THE DOCUMENTS GOES BACK TO SENDER.

Cons

Pros

What I like the most is the ease of use and the value for the money. This is the perfect solution for our small franchise. Customers, even if not tech-savvy, can sign the work authorizations and certificate of satisfaction without any issues and from their phones or computers. Our compliance metrics have risen a lot thanks to DigiSigner.

Cons

I would like to have the option of editing a previously written field on a document that has not been sent to be signed yet.

I have had a great experience with Digisigner. Best signing software I have found and used. I have used PandaDoc, DocUsign, and apple docs signing and this is very simple for the most part aside from the check boxes and BCC that I mentioned earlier.

Pros

How easy it was to set up . I was initially looking to have a way to have our clients automatically sign agreements. I came across them on Google in an article and decided to give them a shot. At first I didn't think it had that option but after I reached out to support I was told it was available after I upgraded. I would of signed up immediately if I knew it was there. It has worked flawlessly ever since!

Cons

I don't like the "Check box" part of the signer. It is very confusing. I also wish I could BCC a team member as the one we would BCC would not be client facing

My overall experience was good, digisigner made the process easy and the documents were sent/received fast.

Pros

I use DigiSigner to sign important documents for school and DigiSigner makes the signing documents process so easy.

Cons

To be honest, nothing stood out to me right away, but as with any software, there will be malfunctions.

I had a document that required multiple signatures. While waiting on the hierarchy of my organization to approve my license for Acrobat Pro, I did a search for applications that did not have the usual limitations of a number of signers, more than 1 document per month, on the free account. DigiSigner was the ticket! With its free account, I had up to 3 documents per month with unlimited signatures. That is why I chose this platform.

Pros

The ease of use and the ability to have multiple signers were what grabbed my attention for the free account.

Cons

Not applicable. I have only used this application once, and have not really seen anything that I did not like.
