I would recommend this platform to people that have to send out documents regularly. Pros The pricing for the services provided is very reasonable. The platform is very user friendly. I appreciate the prompt notification of when a client has viewed/signed the document. Cons The only thing I think needs improvement is having to combine multiple documents to upload for a signing. It got me out of the very annoying ... email the form, they print it, sign it, scan it and then email to the next person ... and the process s-l-o-w-l-y drags on. Great to see who hasn't signed and resend document to them. I like the auto reminder default of 3/7 days, but also that is can be adjusted. Being able to change the base document is a real asset. I will need to do more with it, to test out more of its features. Pros \> Template creation & usage > Ability to view and modify before 'sending for signing' > Able to attach documents > Able to change the base document - Fantastic !! > Able to select all elements in a row to move together and then base align them. > At this point, we may only use it once or twice a year, so a monthly subscription is great. Cons \> Be nice to see a view of what was sent with all the fields showing > Templates - no auto backup. Have to manually backup. > Some emails arrived with no 'signing' options - totally blank ! > On the re-sending confirmation window, it doesn't show if any attached documents are still attached. This has helped me to get what I needed, digitally - which was the most important feature for me. Pros The platform is easy to use. The screen layout is clear and the functionality is simple. This allows me as a user to get what I need to get done, quickly and efficiently. Cons There are slight issues with the UX. This may be the way that I have used it, but on any signed forms, the signature information sits beneath the blank text fields. It reduces the admin of following up on team members. Pros I love the fact that you can get multiple people to sign instantly and that even NGO's like Paarl Voetslaanklub can access and get members to comply. I love the fields and the way I can manipulate them or autofill them. The link for people to sign is very handy and I communicate that on Whatsapp easy and fast. Cons I hate the fact that the free version does not allow you fix a document if you accidentally loaded the wrong version it counts as on upload - so with 3 documents per month which should be ample unless you have to make changes to one document then you can run out quickly - our club does not require so many documents to be signed but getting one document right took me 2 months ... because the committee kept making changes and every time I ran out of credits... very frustrating when you haven't achieved anything and you are out of credits. Pros It is fast and efficient. Just like DocuSign it is extremely easy to navigate and to upload documents, edit the needed informational locations, and send for signing. Cons You cannot go back and edit forms once they are bundled. If you bundle several forms for signing, it would be nice to go back, edit and re-add an updated form into said bundle. Had to convert my .rtf's to docx and everything (I'm on a mac), then spent hours importing them. After figuring out their confusing system, and how to make the contracts I ended up getting the surprise news that I used up all my free trial contracts just trying to learn how it worked, and they wouldn't reset it... So I waited all the time with them. I found DigiSigner, and it was super easy! Imported my contracts, and get it all setup. It just works. I don't usually pay for services, but I subscribed to this one. Great job guys. Pros It's simple, effective, and it just works. Other form platforms are overly complicated. This one works very well, and is what I need. Also they free trials are flexible and fair so I was able to try the site before upgrading to Pro. Cons Takes a while to add the fields to the page (expected), but what's most annoying is trying to get my signature to fit on a line since it can't be stretched out of proportion. I had trouble with changing my payment method, but it eventually worked, and that seems to be the on their payment providers end. So basically I had wasted my time, because now I didn't have any sends left.
