Pros I like the ability to incorporate different ways to sign a document with a real signature (as opposed to a digital one) such as uploading an image or typing it in. The ability to add text fields, add dates automatically, and other features is very handy. Cons I don't have to sign documents always but feel the free version is a bit limited with the low number of signatures permitted. Review Source DW Dustin W. Pros We use this software for managers to send me documents relating to HR for employee files. We do everything from employee write ups to terminations. DigiSigner allowed me to do that without having to mail a document, or have the other party print, sign and scan it back to me. The ability to add fields for signature, name and date was very easy and convenient. Cons I did not encounter any issues using DigiSigner. February 15, 2023 4.0 Pros I was able to easily upload my document, create a template, create a link to the template document and give multiple signers the opportunity to sign remotely, with the confidence of authentication - knowing the person signing was the individual I needed to have sign. Cons The template text boxes didn't match my template. There could be something I was doing wrong, but I would have liked the ability to increase the size of the font in the text box.
