It's a very valuable tool that I recommended to others who need to fill out paperwork or send paperwork to others in office. Pros It's very intuitive and easy to use. You can sign and add text boxes if you need to. It also helps with sending documents to and from coworkers that need to be signed or received. Cons I've had a couple of instances trying to send myself a document I signed or trying to download a document I had filled out and failing. I always end up getting the document in the end. We needed a document signed from a board member that was remote and she was able to sign it with minimal instructions. If any minor improvements, I would say when I made a mistake and sent the form- I personally did not know how to edit the file before final signatures were made- maybe use training on my end. A couple of times I needed a few more uses, but it would be super reasonable to upgrade. Pros It's super simple to use. Upload PDF, add fields and signers, send. Done. It can't be simpler than that. The audit feature is particularly useful. In one case, simply showing that the client opened, read, and didn’t sign the document was enough to confirm their awareness of our terms—especially since they had signed other contracts with us previously.
