CEO Insurance Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Telematics Insurance Platform" May 9, 2019 4.0 We developed a fully integrated quote and bind incorporating telematics scoring and pricing into the apps. The system was flexible enough to deal with a unique set of requirements. Overall the team provided great support, including working on site to fully understand the development issues. Pros The ability to customise to fit our business requirements, we run a unique telematics based app and used the i2go software to fully integrate into the apps. The flexibility is great. Speed to market was essential and the team were very good at understanding the unique set business rules. Cons This was a first for I2go, so the telematics functions needed to be built from scratch, which incurred additional time and effort. The platform has played a key role in enabling us to bring our proposition to market, with its API-driven architecture supporting seamless integration across onboarding, underwriting and data enrichment. The i2go platform provides a comprehensive, end-to-end solution covering the full product lifecycle—from client onboarding and policy administration through to claims handling and reporting. This has allowed us to operate efficiently within a single ecosystem and maintain consistency across both processes and customer experience. In addition, the availability of real-time data and reporting has given us strong visibility over performance, supporting more informed decision-making and ongoing optimisation of our offering. While there are areas that could be further refined, particularly in terms of user experience and configurability, these are outweighed by the overall flexibility and capability of the platform. Tigerlab has been a reliable partner and an important enabler of our digital strategy. Pros What we valued most about Tigerlab was the flexibility and capability of the i2go platform, particularly its API-driven architecture, which enabled us to build and launch our proposition efficiently. The integration points allowed us to embed key functionality such as onboarding, underwriting and data enrichment directly into our workflow, supporting a seamless digital customer journey. The platform also provides a comprehensive, end-to-end solution covering policy administration, claims handling and reporting within a single environment. This significantly reduces operational complexity and creates consistency across the lifecycle of the product. In addition, the availability of real-time data and reporting has been a major advantage, giving us strong visibility over performance and enabling quicker, more informed decision-making. Overall, the combination of flexibility, integration capability and full-service functionality has been key to supporting our go-to-market strategy. The service provided by the team for all change requests and updates is very responsive. Cons While the platform is strong overall, we are embarking to understand what additional functionality the system has to unlock further modules (underwriting workbench and user customisation of templates/rating engine). There are also instances where making changes or enhancements requires additional development effort, rather than simple configuration, which can slow down the pace of iteration in some cases. That said, these points are relatively minor in the context of the overall capability and flexibility of the platform, and support from the Tigerlab team has helped to mitigate these challenges. Pros Has eliminated a lot of the administration tasks that we had to complete manually, which saves us time. Customers can now buy online and receive instant documentation and have access to the documents via the online portal.
