Poor Response from management. Poor Response from Support team. not following the commitments. Not considering their promises. ready to give you threats all the times. not following accounting standards. not ready to fix bugs and shortcomings of Wiztrav. No one who listen customer feed back and address accordingly

very Bad Experience working on Wiztrav due to below reasons 1- Bugs fixing take months and Binary vibes don't bother to give priority 2- Bad support: some time trying to contact focal point but no response 3- Shifted to Wiztrav with promises but Binary vibes did not fulfill their promise even after 3 years. 4- Unreliable: Binary vibes gave impression as per our experience that they can stop accounts of agent any time. 5- Least importance to agent feed back: once we request to add any feature on basis of industry requirement and my experience and spend time to explain same. once we ask about this feature getting reply what was that. 6- Many more
