  • I like the most this software i used multiple but this marg erp is very easy and helpful in maintaing records.

  • All over experience is good and easy to use this software.

  • Its Functions is very usefull and help business to expend in the next level. It is very helpful to control on our business.

  • Strong on business management,inventory,other strong application,g st perfect,banking superb,accounting perfect.

Cons

  • They don't even read the complaint and keep on connecting you woth local vendor who is useless, rude and careless. Now theybare saying that my license has expired so they can't help.

  • No response to solve problem, shailendra is waste fellow,No trained staff.

  • They have no clue what an after sales service is. If we have any trouble, we have to sort out things by ourselves.

  • Nothing is best in this don't buy otherwise you will cry. Worst service liar people only they know how to sell and they don't know how to support.

"Best class for pharma and grocery."
Overall: Comparison to other softwares i like most marg and prefer for others
Pros: Easy to use for billing also party creation, item creation and e-challan, e-way bill. I must say when you use for pharma industry it definitely 100% work good.
Cons: Allover Marg is the best accounting software but pricing few higher than competitors.

"Accounting and ERP software for business"
Overall: Overall good software with with many features, unless we use it complete advantage of software can not be taken.
Pros: Marg ERP is accounting and ERP solution for small and medium enterprises. Some of the noted features are as below: 1. Complete accounting and Inventory solution for business also support bar code scan. 2. Marg ERP also support complete GST solutions like GST return filing, E way bill solution 3. It has solution for all types of business like retail chain, manufacturing, POS, Distribution, Pharma business, jewelry business etc. 4. software has very best accounting features like detailed MIS and reports availability, auto posting of recurring entries etc. which makes the business more productive . Also it has integrated android app.
Cons: 1. It has tons of features but that creates confusion sometime, if there is no awareness about how to use features than it creates more issues than solution. 2. User interface is not much intuitive, which can be improved. 3.We sometime faced that customer support response is very poor, once product is sold then their team don't care much about customer problems nor they provide sufficient training.

"Software is Good"
Overall: Software is Good but if you need support for software then Marg will Kick you to local support & Local support will Kick you to Marg. You become helpless. Most interesting part is that Marg charges for Annual Subscription / Renewal Charges & above it Local Support Charges you separately for their support. For this cahrges related querry, No one in Marg is ready to reply, you keep on sending emails they want bordure to reply. If you call support / Helpline number they will not take your matter seriously & won't divert your call to any senior person or responsible person.
Pros: Range Of Reports available is very interesting
Cons: Detailed GST Rapports, We can easily compare it with Online GST

"Good software with bad support"
Pros: The software is like an app with many good features
Cons: For the last 5 years, we have used Marg and never we were able to operate from end to end. Not even once we were able to do the trial balance nor balance sheet. Extremely poor local support. Today we are bound to switch to other ERP

Cons: In last update when we bill to party It's show card,credit,cash etc. Local service provider can't set it to credit and cash only Default settings is card We are in not retail busines So please make it easy

Overall: Very bad experience with marg software,worst customer care services and false commitment of all the charges.company keeps on changing their policies every now and thn and that too for old customers also.

Pros: marg software easy to use , cheap in price.easily available in most of the cities,inventry is very easy.

"They are just not bothered to resolve customer problem, once sale is done. "
Overall: Switching entries is
Pros: Stock maintenance process is OK, but switching to reports and vouchers is not friendly at all. Backup process is good.
Cons: Complicated. Even their support people fail to provide solution. It is very very difficult to get any person for solution. Company has very less or limited control over partners. If you buy from a partner and they wind up then you will find no one to take care of. Huge effort required to follow up with them which can run to a year.

"Worth the money"
Pros: It is quite versatile. Works in just about any trade. Very good for managing inventory. Accounting is also quite simple. Amazing range if reports.
Cons: The GUI is not very appealing. Can be improved. For people used to other software, initial response for GUI is old style.

"Very bad software. Printed multiple bills with the same bill number"
Overall: Worst
Pros: Worst software. Had an inspection by drug inspector. He asked for 4 bills, and the software printed 4 different bills with the same bill number... Very careless attitude. Had medica software before this, no such problems came with that...changed to marg because, medica did not have good customer service.

Purchse sale export /import facility,all are report genrate excel/word/pdf.banking transction in software.
