This has left me feeling that customer concerns are not being taken seriously. Pros Low cost software, simple use desktop/on-prem version. user friendly, same desktop version is available as cloud service but actually it is a remote version(VM) Cons Bad Customer Support, especially from Hyderabad, we have authorized partner \[sensitive content hidden\], but he never lifts the call, I have complained thru mail to Marg Support, even from them no response.
