Even their support people fail to provide solution. It is very very difficult to get any person for solution. Company has very less or limited control over partners. Pros Demos looked good but all useless as service partners won't come and install the software Cons Worst service ever . I bought the service 1 year ago and till now i have not been able to generate even 1 bill. The service is useless and didn't even come for installation. All false promises and no action. The email support team is also the worst. They don't even read the complaint and keep on connecting you woth local vendor who is useless, rude and careless.
