Pros

Thanks to its artificial intelligence together with our strategies we can obtain predictive models and suggestions of the best actions to take to improve the experience, exchange and relationship with our clients.

Cons

In addition to being expensive Pegasystems services, we must have basic knowledge of online marketing and experience with similar programs, as Pega Marketing is a bit complicated to use the first few weeks.
