Pros

Fully functional with great features. Solid support staff, especially during the implementation phase. Also a very good value for the money.

Cons

Transition from implementation team to general support. Would have liked to continue with our implementation specialist.

Strong education program provided to users. Pushing for more progressive functionality. Listens to their clients feedback with future product development.

Cons

Integrating features from any outside provider can be a challenge and this is the same with ByDesign. Yet, they will be diligent in making it happen.
