Can be a bit time consuming

Pros

One of the few software programs that allows for multiple companies to be accessed and managed, which is important to my business.

Cons

The interface for using multiple companies is often difficult to use, and loading can take quite a while.

Cons

Too simple at time if you are trying to do different types of tax strategy as the wizard wants to be involved in every step

I have used the old version of the software and liked it. It's user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I have not seen an online version that allows PC and MAC user to access. If there is then it should be easier to locate.

Cons

At this time it has become unstable with bugs and hiccups. Although basic it can be a headache at times.

Pros

Quicken is one of the only accounting software programs that has a ton of features. Depending on the version you decide to go with, bill management with alerts, asset and liability management, net worth and an app to access from your phone. Great potential

Cons

Besides a few bugs with downloading of files, everything works well. Cost effective and seems to be the go to in the accounting world.

Pros

It is very easy to use after setup and familiarization with the operating system. Reports are easily defined and customized

It really needs a word processor that imports tenant data into forms commonly used by a landlord in dealing with rental units.
