I had used many "remote access" products before FixMe.IT and none of them lived up to the ease and reliability of FixMe.IT . **Pros:** FixMe.IT is intuitive and very simple to use for both the the consultant and the client. Connecting to a remote machine is as simple as having the remote user log into a website and advise the consultant of a numeric code. Another great feature is the "unattended access" feature which allows the consultant (with one time permission from the remote user) to access the remote device without requiring the presence of the remote user.
