The primary benefit was to be able to provide remote tech support for my clients.

Pros

The product is very affordable and very easy to use. This allows me to maintain the software even though I would only use it periodically. It also allows me to give the client a link and thats all that is needed.

Cons

Only works with windows, no plugins for MAC. I have had several occasions where the client needing help was utilizing a MAC and I couldn't remotely manage their pc to assist.

Pros

The software is fool proof. My customers can log in very easily and everything always works great. I would recommend this to anyone

Cons

If a customer is not that computer savey it sometimes is hard to talk them throught the log in process but this does not happen very often

Pros

The ease of use, support, features, price. Never had one problem. This software has all the features of the more expensive remote support software out there for a fraction of the price. And it's customizable to your business.

Cons

To be honest I don't have any Cons. The software just works that great. I recommend to anyone who is looking for something like this.

Pros

I find that the app is very easy to use on both the admin side and user side. Easy installation and works so well to give access to other computers to help with tech support

Cons

I really cannot think of anything about the app that isn't working as expected or better than expected.

Pros

It is easy to use and connect with remote locations for support. I like the fact of the unattended remote access when trying to make changes after business hours.

Cons

I have not really found any cons yet with the software. It has met all the needs that I was looking for when I purchased it.

Pros

Very easy to use. Simple end user portal, nothing overly complex. Company branding and website plug in.

Cons

Only con with this software is that it does not support Mac OS. A large number of my clients run Mac OS so this software does not meet my needs

none really. I have only had one user not be able to access the fixme.it website out of 20 or so other users.
