" September 28, 2017 5.0 The primary benefit was to be able to provide remote tech support for my clients. Pros The product is very affordable and very easy to use. This allows me to maintain the software even though I would only use it periodically. It also allows me to give the client a link and thats all that is needed. Cons Only works with windows, no plugins for MAC. I have had several occasions where the client needing help was utilizing a MAC and I couldn't remotely manage their pc to assist.
