Pros

I like the new Multiple screens and it is Easy to use. The File transfer is very useful as is the Admin login

Cons

It is relatively expensive to use of you have multiple users within a company the cost can quickly mount up.

Pros

The price was first and foremost, with a monthly subscription a month you can't get better than that. Surprised to find the client software very stable, robust, never down and conveniently simple. When I tell my clients to go to fixme.it to start a support session I am never disappointed!

Cons

I honestly have no complaints. I am committed now and look forward to the months ahead.

Pros

Software is lightweight and easy to install for on-demand access. Serves as a great backup for traditional RMM software.

Cons

I think remoting into a PC with multiple monitors is a bit "clunky". I do not like having to manually switch between them. Also, a remote background feature that lets you access the CLI without having to interrupt the user would be great.

### "Fast, Easy Connections at an Affordable Rate"

Fast and easy remote connections to clients needing help along with unattended access clients that need ongoing or after hours support.

Pros

Simple, Quick and Easy connections to remote clients needing help. With other software the installation of a remote support utility takes too long, and IMO, shouldn't be installed at all. We need to connect, do our work, and disconnect without having to deal with install issues on top of the problems we are connecting in to fix. TechInLine lets me do just that with a run-only version of the connection utility, while still offering expanded options including an unattended access client.

Easy to set up unattended access Useful UI on remote host as well as master computer. Super fast connection speed over LAN and even over the net.

Cons

Can only have one unattended license per remote computer. Can only have one expert client oen at the same time.

Regarding the ability to open multiple expert apps at the same time, I would say that this is more of a licensing question rather than a con. Our licensing is based on concurrent technicians, which means that you can open only one expert app using your account at a time. To have it opened on multiple machines at once, you will need more licenses. However, you can share your account with others if needed (provided that you're not using it yourself), create sub-logins and run as many concurrent sessions as you need to. Best, Dan | Techinline

Ease of use and cost are great

Pros

The product is easy to install and get running for the first time and the staff was very helpful in understanding the program. Easy to use and understand. Not as many problems with screen scaling as others. Cost is great

Cons

The only thing I need is a mobile app. A lot of the time all I need to do is log into a remote system to see if network equipment is up and running. It would be great if I could do this from my Android phone and not have to drag out my laptop when on the road.

I use FixMe.IT on a daily basis. Starting using in August 2018. I am a one man shop. Been in business for over 23 years. This software has made me very proactive and my customers love my response times. They do not have to wait for me to come onsite. One of the best purchases I have made for my customers and myself.

Pros

Ease of use getting my customers connected with a client ID and the unattended access feature.

Cons

I cannot name one negative thing. It is a perfect fit for my business.

The main benefit of this software is that it allows us to provide remote assistance to our clients. It is an easy software to configure, where users can access it from the client version and we can access it from the expert version.

Pros

FixMe.IT is a really easy to use and configure application. What I like the most is that it has two applications, a client version and an expert version. The video quality when sharing the screen is very stable.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about this software is that it is only available for Windows. I would like FixMe.IT to release a version for Linux.

Pros

The recent multiple connections feature is fantastic. We like the way it is continually progressing.

Cons

Hardly any cons at all, no real complaints. That said, the interface could be inproved a bit. We would really like to have a "last seen" column.

I can control my customers much better when they need help.

Pros

I like that I can Sort the unattended Machine by Customer. I also like that it does not use a browser to connect to the customer

Cons

Not Much- I think that they can work on the multi screen function a bit When there are multi screens the resolution is way too small.

So far it has been a very positive experience. New features are always getting added and it's a tool that I used every day all day for providing IT services.

Pros

Having a centralized database of all of our customers. The ability to install unattended access when needed and the ease of putting a desktop shortcut on the users account to easily allow them to double click it and then give us the ID number.

Cons

Not having the ability to lock the keyboard and mouse from the end user when working on their PC and they think they can keep working while you fix the issues they contacted you for.

I've used this tool for several years now and find it to be a real-life safer for instances where my remote clients need immediate or after-hours support. I find it to be quite easy to use and intuitive on both the client and tech end. The ability to provide both unattended and ad-hoc support is also key and the feature-set seems to cover just about all the tools one would need. I previously used LogMeIn Rescue but that got too expensive, while this fits the bill and gets the job done. I would recommend this to any small ITbusiness such as mine.

Pros

price, simplicity of getting connected to remote clients, customization

Cons

currently no Mac support, but was told that this is planned for the future. I would also prefer Android support for those instances where I'm on the road and need to immediately access a client's machine.

It has been a good platform for us and has given us the ability to carry out remote support to our clients and connect to servers that we manage daily

Pros

It is reliable, easy to direct end users to install and connect, cheaper than TeamViewer.

Cons

Wider support for Mac OS, Linux, Chrome and Android would be handy. Very limited with windows devices only especially when many of our schools are going cloud based and Chrome devices are increasing in the education sector where tighter budget means cheaper and simpler devices are called for i.e Chromebooks.

IT Support team uses this software to debug issues in our system. We use it remote logins at times.

Pros

One of the coolest software to debug or access machines remotely. Because of this it allows us to remotely resolve issues that incur in our systems without any hassle. A must have tool for any IT organisation. Features such as clipboard transfer, drag and drop and copy paste options for file transfer are very useful.

Cons

There is really no much downsides or shortcoming in the software. I rate it very high as per my experience. A must have tool.

a) It is extremely light b) It provides a great number of Unattended clients. c) Unlike the major competitors software, it does not crash on Win 10 updates d) About 1/3 of the yearly cost of the major competitors offerings

Cons

a) When the client has customized their screen, is not always easy to see the download meter. For example, if the client's screen has a dark background, the meter is almost impossible to determine.

It is generates fare more revenue that we expend paying for it.

Pros

The product is really easy to use and is deadly reliable. No issues with operating system variations or other individual PC differences, seems to always fire up and run just fine. AND, it the cost is amazingly low when compared to competitors.

Cons

The product works quite well and does what it is advertised to do. I wish I could store a few more "Unattended" connections as we presently manage in excess of 1000 PCs. Otherwise, nothing comes to mind.

We use this application for remote support and maintenance of workstations, servers. It is great for end user support as well as maintenance of servers, database's etc. Its really easy to use and so the learning curve on how to use it is reduced significantly making it easy for that person to become productive quickly.

Pros

Easy to use Allows unattended access Works every time Groups systems for easy identification Allows timers with history so you can track online support time

Cons

Has some minor issues working with tables like MS surface but work around are available.

I've been using FixMe.IT for several years to do remote PC support. I usually do stuff like remove viruses, install software, fix printer driver issues, and pretty much anything I could do sitting in front of the computer. It's handy for quick fix things that, without such a solution, would require me to either drive across town, or in some cases drive to another town just to do quick fix tasks. FixMe.IT has saved hundreds of gallons of gas. It is easy to use, very customizable, and quite a time saver. My customers can go to my web site, click a button, and see a customized page to get started getting into FixMe.IT. I really like that part of it. I really like that it is easy for my customers to get to and get set up for me to help with their PC issues.

Pros

It's easy to use, has all the features I need, and is priced reasonably.

Cons

I guess if there's one feature that's lacking, it's multi-monitor support. I'd like to be able to use both of my monitors to see both monitors on a client PC for example.
