Pros

With the recent update, the ability to now view multiple remote sessions at one time. It is also very easy to transfer files with the drag and drop feature.

Cons

The application crashes occasionally and sometimes logs me out in the middle of working, saying that I am logged in elsewhere when I'm not. This occurs maybe once every 1-2 weeks.

Pros

Love the customization and branding options that we're given. This helps our customers establish trust when working remote with our engineers.

Cons

Would like to see more options to collaborate with other engineers on the team, like inviting other engineers onto an existing remote session and being able to share each others unattend clients. Would also love to see an option to use Azure AD for authentication.

Great remote administration for a very reasonable price.

Pros

I like that the software tells me if the computer is in use, that's unique, I like the drag and drop file transfer, multiple connections simultaneously. Price is right.

Cons

I wish there was an app for my mobile phone so I can remote control on the go like LogMeIn for example.

I can support my users much better, and I am not loaded up with a lot of features that I do not need.

Pros

The operation is easy for my customers/users. They dont fumble with it like other applications when trying to start it, and unattended installation makes it easy for them to call and ask me to look over their shoulder.

Cons

Unattended access fails on some of my desktops, but I don't know why. This requires me to involve the user and start a session and then install unattended access again.

It is Easy for the end user and technician to get connected, connection is stable throughout session

Cons

Not supported by MAC computers and it currently is unable to remotely access a mobile device to provide support such as email setup and/or troubleshooting

Pros

Ease of use. It allows us to organize our internal users in groups and that saves much time when connecting to assist the unmanaged users.

Cons

That it shows in the task bar and loses connection to the FixMe server which makes it difficult for us to connect to those computers setup with unmanaged connections.

I was able to support clients worldwide with a simple setup process for my clients.

Pros

It is a browser based product that doesn't require bulky installs or complicated setups on the client end.

Cons

Until recently, we were limited to only one instance at a time. This made performing support task for more than one client difficult.

setting up unattended access to my clients books is a snap, and the instructions to start a remote session are simple!

Cons

I can not log in to Mac computers, as far as I am aware

Pros

Easy to use and set up for my customers. I use it alot for setups, monitoring and support. Working out in the field, such an easy software to use.

Cons

Not Mac, linux and mobile support. Some firewalls block due log in.

Pros

simple and easy to use. The client software has a small footprint. It is easy for the customer to start to software to let the tech connect in.

Cons

Occasionally it takes a long time for the expert app to load on the techs pc. Also the number pad sometimes duplicates keystrokes on the clients machine.

Doesn't work on a mac and and the initial download doesn't always install properly, clients have to look in download folder to run program

Pros

Techinline has produced a Fast, affordable, easy to use, that satisfies most all of our tech support needs.

Cons

would like a less expensive option for simple basic client operator only users. The price is not bad but for small company with multiple field agents its a bit high.

I needed a replacement for LogMeIn and Rescue because of the price increases that they kept pushing through. I looked at other options and decided that FixMe was powerful and a great value.

Pros

Easy to use Does everything that I need it to do Great value

Cons

My only complaint is the inability to share access with other users. This becomes a problem when I work on a team or when there network services provider uses FixMe.

Running just a single person IT support desk, so easy to use. Users do not need to know anything past the initial installation. I have never had a issue supporting an end user. Multiple screen capable. Have never ran into any issues with the program.

I haven't run into any problems as of yet with FixMe.IT. Getting customers to the download page is super easy, installation is fast and very user friendly. The UnAttended Installation allows you to remote in at will to help users with the greatest of ease.

Pros

This is the easiest software to use for Remote Administration and User Assistance.

Cons

Haven't found any Cons yet. Works on Servers and Workstations alike.

Fixme remote control software is easy to use and is very dependable product. I service approximately 115 PC's at random times.

Cons

Fixme Remote control software has one down fall in my option. that is it doesn't have a mobile app option which being an IT person would come in very handy.

I didn't find any Cons with the product. Remote access as expected.

Pros

Ease of Use is awesome. Pretty cheap for this type of software as well. I have nothing else to say, just using up 100 letters.

Cons

No monitoring software included. Other software does include monitoring for disk space, updates, etc.

This saves me a lot of travelling time as I can assist people from my office.

Pros

I use this software very often, and always find it easy to use and very simple for the end user to get me connected so I can help them.

Cons

There's nothing really that I don't like about the software. Only one thing, and that's because I put a shortcut to the exe file on the desktop and because the software is updated so often, the client has to download the new software.

Pros

You can open several support windows at the same time to be able to fix multiple servers or PC's at the same time.

Cons

Pros

Ease of use and reliability , it connects quick and never times out and it has never failed us yet

Very happy customers.

Pros

Easy remote user connection. Multiple monitor access viewing. Windows permission prompts are visible. Never had to use their Tech Support.

Cons

There is no resident daemon process to connect an unattended PC. Nothing else I can add here. No other complaints.

Easily group pc for clients, adding clients easy. Multiple monitor support good, Screen scaling works well.

Cons

None so far. I have used this service daily for more than 2 years with only one outage. Sometimes have problems installing the un-attended client on windows 10
