Pros: Very easy to use. Easy to customize to the company's needs. Workflow creation is great! I love having all of my tasks/projects listed so that I can know what I need to work on and when. Easily synced with other software, like memoQ. Nice that everything can be done through the program - emails, file sharing, project assignments.

Cons: There wasn't really much I didn't like. Sometimes updating prices/price lists is very time consuming, especially if you need to update multiple records at once.

Overall: Organization of projects and streamlining workflows. Database for all company information relating to clients, linguists, pricing, etc.
