Pros I like the Deal function and the ability to put contacts into groups. - Deals allows me to keep track of all contacts and emails related to a particular Deal. - Groupings for my contacts allows me to find a contact, even if I can only remember what they do....and not their name....I look up the group, and then find the contact. Cons Biggest challenge is the slowness of the system at certain times of the day. I like to keep my CRM current and complete and sometimes when having a lot of new information to add to the system, the waiting for an entry to save frustrates me.
