Overall, my experience with BoomTown has been positive because it’s a strong, all-in-one platform for managing leads and client communication. While there’s a learning curve, the tools are effective once set up and support long-term growth.

Pros

What I like about BoomTown is how powerful it is for lead generation and follow-up, with great CRM tools that help me stay organized and responsive. It makes it easier to track conversations, nurture prospects, and turn leads into clients.

Cons

What I liked least about BoomTown is that it can feel overwhelming at first because of how many features and settings there are. It also takes time to customize and fully learn, which can slow things down initially.

The cloud-based system transformed our real estate business. It consolidated all leads from various sources into one central CRM, which was a huge step up from messy spreadsheets.

Pros

It organizes everything in one place as it is cloud based and it is easy to use. Tutorials are easy and available anytime.

Cons

The leads are not the best, but most of them are scrubbed and it is easy to track communication and tasks.

I am now force to stay on this platform because in order to have 1 more agent added to my team I needed and entire new contract from the new owers (Inside Real Estate) and Boomtown never made you do that before.

Pros

I fell in love with the Boomtown platform in 2016, but the platform has had minimal updates. I liked when they changed so I could update my own pages.

Cons

Boomtown is now dying and the new owners tried to hide the facts. The platform has not any updates in the last two years and they are going to force everyone over to their new products or you can watch your business die with the Boomtown platform. Save your money and do your research.

Bad. Their billing department does not answer the phone.

Pros

Not much to say as I purchased this system for leads. Going on seven months, not a single lead has made a purchase or called me. I have to call them and most are not interested in buying, they were "just looking".

Cons

They over charge your credit card. They charge your credit card arbitrarily and the only way for it to stop is to cancel the card.

customer service is abysmal - never return calls, and when I scheduled zoom meetings to address my issues, they never showed up. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Pros

I strongly advise anyone considering using BoomTown to steer clear. They are deceptive, unresponsive, and overall a terrible company to work with.

Cons

As soon as the training is over, good luck getting any support from them because they are suddenly unreachable.

Terrible. I Can't wait to get out of this contract.

Pros

It is a pretty straight forward and easy to understand system.

Cons

Expensive, Leads are very low quality if real at all, Customer service is combative and not helpful. Sales Rep who was our initial contact lied about what we should expect. lead flow is terrible and of low quality. They hold you hostage.

Great! Implementation team was great, and training modules are very helpful.

Ease of use, the CRM helped us with efficiency and customer contacts.

Cons

Aesthetics. We ended up leaving the platform because we had complaints about the site just not being attractive. We also could not filter to our unique property types.
