Broker Real Estate, 1-10 employees Used the software for: 2+ years ** Overall Rating 1.0 ** Ease of Use 1.0 Customer Service 1.0 Features 1.0 Value for Money 1.0 Reviewer Source Source: SoftwareAdvice February 20, 2025 "Disappointing after almost 10 years on their platform" **Overall:** I am now force to stay on this platform because in order to have 1 more agent added to my team I needed and entire new contract from the new owers (Inside Real Estate) and Boomtown never made you do that before. **Pros:** I fell in love with the Boomtown platform in 2016, but the platform has had minimal updates. I liked when they changed so I could update my own pages. **Cons:** Boomtown is now dying and the new owners tried to hide the facts. The platform has not any updates in the last two years and they are going to force everyone over to their new products or you can watch your business die with the Boomtown platform. I Can't wait to get out of this contract. **Pros:** It is a pretty straight forward and easy to understand system. **Cons:** Expensive, Leads are very low quality if real at all, Customer service is combative and not helpful. Sales Rep who was our initial contact lied about what we should expect. lead flow is terrible and of low quality. They hold you hostage.
