I can not imagine not having Boomtown to grow my business. Pros The interface with buyers and sellers. I like that we can create searches and stay on top of clients searching and time spent looking at properties. I enjoy the reminder and auto drip campaign you can set up. I also like the favorite option for clients and notifications Cons That activity from the phone does not link direct to boomtown. Can not alter pre-set texts from the cell phone. June 22, 2020 5.0 My lead generation is no longer stressful. Leads come in and I can see what they are looking at and where they are in the buying or selling process. It has been a great decision to finally join BoomTown! Pros Very easy to use and implement. I had a buyer within my first month with a close and actively looking and submitting offers for a few more buyers. I love the concierge service so I don't waste time until they are ready to buy or sell. Cons I thought it was expensive but almost paid for a whole year with my first deal in my first month! June 18, 2018 5.0 Because it helps me keep track of my leads and lead follow-up it has put thousands of extra dollars in my pocket from additional deals. Pros It makes keeping track of my leads SO easy. I know when they visit my website, how many times, when they open my emails, etc. Cons The only thing I don't like is that when Im on my lead's profile and send an email/text, it has to refresh the page. It was great to have a central database for all of my leads. Cons There are just too many features and the interface is too complex. I felt lost in the software. All I need is a simple CRM that I can keep track of leads until they turn into clients. This software is great, but you need an assistant just to get it set up and to keep it updated. The Boomtown team is constantly innovating and improving things in order to help us generate more leads. There are lots of IDX lead generations solutions out there and I truly believe Boomtown is the best. What really sets them apart is the back end of their site. It gives us great transparency into our prospect's search habits, enables us to follow up effectively with leads and allows me to hold the agents on my team accountable. Cons It's an expensive tool and you have to be willing to follow up with a lot of leads to determine which buyers and sellers are legitimate. The team is coming to St. Louis RE/MAX Vision this Thursday and Friday to go over everything again. So many great options and I lose track of things I can do. Cons I can't cc the lender on emails sent from phone (1st world problem) which isn't a big deal, I just send it when I get to the computer. I'm sure most/any issue I have is operator error. " September 7, 2016 5.0 Pros The software is user friendly, easily used, and even when they update the system, I do not feel lost. They don't reinvent the wheel, they make it easy to your job. Once a lead signs up, the system helps to alert you when the prospect is using the website. You can see everything a client is looking at, you can text them pre-done templates in text messages directly from your computer, and set up automatic emails, and so much more. You can have a client signed up for years before they are ready to buy, but once they start showing interest Boomtown notifies you. Cons I dont have anything negative. Pros It's high intuitive software allows you to correspond to clients asap and also the system sends automated emails that act as if it were you and the clients cannot detect that they are computer generated. As a team leader it allows for me to hold my agents accountable like no other system I've used. The associated app allows for agents to maximize their response team to leads and to convert more successfully. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to block someone from visiting your site, and if a lead is deleted, they can simply re-register. You can use the software from your computer and your phone. If you are a person who is disorganized, this software will keep you well organized as it reminds you who contact on a daily basis. You can also write notes on your clients so when you do contact your client you can pick up from where you left off. If you have a hard time knowing what to write or say, this is what you need. The software comes with scripts already made for you and you can always change them and make them your own. Cons The least I like about thus software are the scripts on the phone.
