The automated activity takes a lot off of my plate.

Pros

It is user friendly! There are templates in place that you can alter to suit your needs and personality. There is so much training and help available as well!

Cons

There is a lot to take in at first, but that is any change. You really need to spend time looking around, but again, that is a good thing really.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to improve their business.

Pros

This product is so robust and powerful it is unbelievable. The predictive crm is unparalleled. Lead gen is consistent and almost too much.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve. There are so many functions it took me a while to get everything in place to properly utilize all of the features.

Generates good business. Keeps me very organized.

Pros

Category management. Hotsheet feature with best fit. Website management easy to work with. Top Opportunities are easy to navigate through.

Cons

does not work with my calendar. too many steps to log calls and emails. Smart Drip is cumbersome. Merging duplicate leads is great but, does not merge their info.

Easy lead follow up. Helps me stay organized

Pros

The ability to see what client is looking at. Allows me to customize their search more/takes me less time to fund them what they are looking for.

Cons

It would be nice if when a lead was calling you back their name would come up on phone. It does not show me until after I have hung up with lead

Cons

no ability to do mass drip to say "archive" or other categories... Also would love to add in an additional category. "Agent". Last... video through text would be great as well.

watching people search for homes, follow up and note sections for clients. Love how I can filter my clients by tags.

Cons

I want a team calendar attached that we can all use....Please make it a tab. PRETTY PLEASE. It would make it so easy for a team calendar on all contract dates to put on it.

The inability to flush out fake numbers and fake numbers. Some people set up a profile without any information. Filling out all categories accurately should be required

The primary strength of Boomtown is not as much in lead generation as much as in lead conversion. The back-end tools are there to make business happen with leads that are NOT ready to buy or sell now. The front end is amazing and easy to use for my clients.

It's auto response to clients , It also shows me what clients are searching for as well as sending me reminders of my to do's

Cons

I love the functionality of it. I can see what properties leads are looking at, which make for good talking points in conversations.

Cons

I dislike not being able to delete bad leads. It's confusing on how to change a lead's general information.

Easy to use and fun. Make sure whatever is on back of you is good for the video

Cons

Went to spam and anyonecwith high security on their computer did not receive it all. Also people had a challenge opening it on their phones

There should be a way for Boom Town to qualify an email address so that prospects can't use bogus emails.

Pros

This software is integrated across numerous platforms and has so many features. Every time I thought of a feature that would be helpful, I then found that this software already had that functionality.

Cons

It is expensive, but given the impressive functionality, that is to be expected. This software requires a user to invest a little time to learn how to use it, and works best when utilized as your main/only software of this type. If you are already using one or more similar types of software, you'll be spreading your time too thin between them all to really use this program to it's full capability.

This was VERY hyped up to me!!! I was told it does EVERYTHING... well I don't really love how it's organized. It's harder to sort through my leads and I wish I could create different lists for vendors, investors, etc.

I used this to try out, to kind of ala carte various software features rather than invest in a pricey all-in-one platform. My broker wound up going with kvCORE basic for the entire office.

Pros

I like the integration of video into email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other forms of electronic transmissions.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be many other features incorporated into this software. Wish there was more built in for CRM use.
