We have used Eset for over 15 years now, and it's robust Anti Virus programme, combined with top notch helpdesk is a winning formula. On the rare occasion you need to contact their support, they are quick, precise and incredibly helpful.

Pros

The ease of use is it's greatest pull. It really is a plug and play solution. Once installed, it sits there doing it's job effectively. Minimal configuration is needed, but you can go as crazy as you want with it.

Cons

other AV vendors have started to add in third party software updating. This would be received well within ESET.

Reason for choosing ESET Endpoint Security

We chose ESET, as it has it's main UK office not far from us so was a well thought out choice.

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied. It provides additional security to me.

Pros

The thing I like the most is the overall quality - it is fast, does not consume a lot of computer resources and has a very extensive threat database. It provides very high quality security and does not require too much attention from my side. Also, I like the clean user interface of the application and also it does not provide too many of notifications. Also, the pricing is very acceptable. Also, I like that it check my email and filters out spam.

Cons

It could have more tools like computer recovery or tools to detect what is slowing down my computer. All in all, it does not have any real cons.

Overall, the current ESET program is the best PC and web security/ protection software I have ever used and it is definitely a good value for money.

Pros

I very much like that ESET provide extra secure browsing when financial/banking applications are used. The subscription plans of ESET and the possibility to include a phone, and devices of other family members are very weel thought and targeted. Good pricing.

Cons

The initial set-up and the program start are not very intuitive, please work on that. In this regard, it is not easy to understand whether the program has been loaded and running after payment. Compared to the free version, it is surprising that the initial setup with the free version is much easier. Similarly, the renewal process is not very user-friendly.

Overall, I have had a very good experience with ESET Endpoint Security. I would recommend this product, as it is very good, and does what it advertises.

Pros

There are many features to be noted about this software, such as that it has a bonus 'secure browser feature' which protects sensitive data while browsing on the internet. Other good features noted include an advanced memory scanner (the software detects and defends against fileless malware, which is something that is not easily detectable), ransomware shield (the software picks up on any ransomware attacks blocking such attempts) and brute force attack protection (the software defends against remote 'hacking' attempts at the VPN, protecting against the potential guessing of credentials from remote connections). As a small business owner, this software provides a good level of comfort, as I know my business is holistically protected, as I can focus on what I do best.

Cons

Since installing the software, I have noted that the performance of my computer is a bit slower. However, this is not a major flaw at all.

Bon comme pour un logiciel A/V, aucun problème de menaces infectant n'importe quel client, mais pas si bon du côté de l'administration, mais il fait le travail et protège les utilisateurs.Logiciel très facile à utiliser et offrant une protection complète des fichiers et des dossiers.

En mi empresa contamos con el antivirus empresarial, que permite instalar el software en todos los equipos de la empresa, dicho software esta controlado por personal de alto nivel de TI y no puede ser configurado por otros usuarios, lo que garantiza la seguridad de la información.

Pros

Es un software que se mantiene actualizado constantemente con las nuevas vulnerabilidades que aparecen cada día, cuenta con proteccion para los navegadores web y permite el bloqueo automatico de paginas que sean de confianza dudosa, asi como de proteccion para pop ups.es un software completo, ya que protege no solamente el equipo sino el correo electronico, con proteccion antispam, anti phishing.

Cons

No encuentro aun alguna caracteristica que pudiera decir que es poco amigable o utilizable, creo que es un software completo.

Pros

Various customer support possibilities. You can reach customer service immediately via live support and e-mail, or you can get help in the forums. I love this feature. Easy-to-use and installation is very simple and general use is also very easy. It provides protection where I can get information about my device more easily. Finally, it works without tiring the computer, I like this feature.

Cons

Security settings could be fine-tuned with an easier interface. Few additional features. ESET doesn't have many additional features, and the ones that do are not good. For example, although parental control tools and password manager are not bad, some features that I am used to seeing in competitors are not available in ESET. Finally, scans take time to complete.

Screening and restricting website visits, monitoring programs in the case that any devices are taken, and guaranteeing that our confidential material is not accessed and distributed across the web are all examples of security measures. Our test approach demonstrated that the security features are reliable. When combating zero-day attacks, the Live Guards level is quite effective. Installation and maintenance are pretty simple and basic. The nicest thing about ESET is it's doing a lot of stuff effectively. The antivirus software has consistently kept us safe. On the database server, we faced problems with zero-day attacks and one previous vulnerability. Installing protection immediately eliminated the problems. After installing ESET on our database server, we had instant piece of mind. This is a strongly recommended application.

Pros

I've utilized ESET at prior workplaces and understand how effectively it operates, which is why I'm utilizing it at my present job. I don't need to stress about whether or not it will work, or concerning a complicated configuration. It offers me peace of mind realizing that I won't have to waste hrs. configuring it. It performs its function admirably. The ability of the Live Security to identify and update new attacks in live time boosted our security and reduced our annoyance while confronted with new attacks on our own.

Cons

The security platform is segregated from the corporate panel from the administrative perspective, which might be confusing for some. Installation is a pain to get just right, and updates have often resulted in total reinstalls. The additional effort invested in setup pays off. I dislike the learning format too though; it ultimately leads to an interactive format, so why not use the interactive format from the beginning?

I never got a virus in 23 years I used this software… love it

Cons

There is nothing I would say is bad about the software … easy too use ect ect .. they even have a 2 way authentication app to authenticate yourself on you server console

They were sending emails to my clients back in 2000 with renewal estimates… so bypassing the vendor (me) they took the door asap and when I found Eset I fell in love lol the eset program back then was 3/4 less memory hungry then Norton.. Basically your computer was running faster. And Ieset would find every virus that Norton never even found lol

ESET Endpoint Security is a very comprehensive protection tool. Its startup panel gives you a quick overview of the device count, the number of detected threats and a threat trend line.

Pros

It is an easy-to-configure platform and is seamlessly managed from a unified cloud-based console. It takes up very little computing resources and computers are not slowed down in its operation. It is highly effective in detecting and blocking suspicious processes that may turn out to be ransomware. It has the ability to run memory scans in search of malicious attacks. ESET's support team responds effectively and in a short period of time.

Cons

The only thing that so far I think should be considered is that compared to similar platforms, its cost is considerably high.

### "Lightweight But Tough Virus and Web Protection"

I have been an ESET user since 2005. Back then there was only ESET NOD32 and it has grown a lot since with various platform protection. I am very pleased that they have not changed their style of being lightweight and easy to install (no-brainer installation and management) that I recommend it for use to friends and colleagues. I have never ever had any virus problems with ESET which is the main reason why I am confident when I recommend it even to clients. One really gets the value for his/her money with a license purchase from ESET.

Pros

It is lightweight, meaning it does not need too much resources to run in the operating system. This is the best selling factor for me of ESET NOD32, especially when compared to Norton or McAfee. The value for money is greater than Kaspersky, another antivirus product which I think is just as good as ESET. ESET is also easy to install and hassle-free. It takes very little time and supervision to install this and as long as you have fast internet, downloading the latest updates and modules is also fast and easy.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like about ESET's range of security products is that there are different version for different devices that I have to purchase them separately if I wanted an all-around ESET protection. It would be nice if there is a way to get discount on, say, mobile licenses if you already have the full Windows/Mac product purchased. I had to purchase a separate license for my Android phone - it would have been nice if I could just use the same license.

Norton is good but very heavy on processing and more often than not, blocks legitimate products from running. It sometimes turns out that solution is worse than what it is trying to cure so I switch.

ESET helps us keep our devices safe and does not slow them. It is relatively easy to use compared to other similar solutions. It serves its purpose despite a few false alerts.

Pros

It protects devices from threats such as viruses, malware, and phishing. It rarely gives false alerts or disturbs you when working. I also like the control panel.

Cons

Sometimes it seems too quiet you might think you don't have an active antivirus. Other times it gives false warnings, though not too common. Regardless, we are yet to experience any attacks with ESET in place.

Ottima esperienza, lo utilizzo in ambito lavorativo e mi sento molto sicuro. Più di una volta mi sono imbattuto in virus come trojan e l'antivirus è stato efficente a debellare l'attacco.

L'efficenza e la velocità nel tracciamento di file sospetti.

Cons

Nessun inconveniente per il momento, potrebbe essere possibile rendere l'interfaccia più friendly ma è un dettaglio da poco.

### "Eset Endpoing Security Best for Business Protection"

well since we are using the Eset endpoint we save a lot of time, and we start using it in 2017 until now, we try to switch from another vendor because no agent management, imagine if you have 1200 computers without an agent how can we manage? but since we have an Eset ERA management console server we can manage Eset protection well, I can say I stay safe from viruses for 4 years already. I recommend Eset endpoint for enterprise business.

Pros

its the lite software of antivirus that does not consume the bandwidth of ram, CPU, of the user, so user feel their computer is not slow. another point related to administrator management can manage well on the computer inside the campus and cross-campus with the Eset Remote Management, remote scan, and update, deployment. the last one is the ERA console server can monitor all the risks, and activities of each client/agent that has a problem, and the system administrator can update or push updates from the ERA server well.

Cons

its really cool already i have no comment about this.

Overall ESET has offered good training and excellent functionality. I really hope they focus on competing with web interfaces such as Carbon Black.

Pros

ESET Endpoint Security offers the very best protection out of any of the products I've tested. CISA and Homeland Security often mention ESET's protection of various threats and has been this way for many years.

Cons

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, ESET offered a much better local administration and deployment server. The current local or remote web based management sucks in comparison. ESET really should invest in re-working their management completely focusing on ease of use and configuration as I think it is the primary reason people would switch away from them. If you are willing to spend some time with this product, it really is excellent.

Reason for choosing ESET Endpoint Security

ESET offers the best protection I've seen for end users. I wouldn't recommend using a windows based computer without it.
