We have not used it for very long but I am excited to learn more about it Pros The program made the company's conversion from another timekeeping program so easy. Cons It was a little difficult to learn at first simply because had the old program stuck in my mind. This just takes a little extra time to learn. Deep in the woods and mountains, where no phone network works, Compass helps us to determine our route and not to get lost. Also it gives us additional info like the elevation. We really like it and value it. Pros Accuracy and efficiency. along with indicating the directions, it also provides us with additional info such a latitude, longitude and elevation. Cons I really like the software, so i do not have complaints.
